C&K Wings — Restaurant in Tuskegee

Today I called in to C & K to place an order. Once someone answered the phone after calling 20 times, I was placed on hold for another 30 minutes until, I decided to hang up. I finally gave up hope for anyone answering again, so I had to go with another establishment. However, the food is great, but the customer service is terrible. This is a black owned business that I support, but they need to work on who mans the front counter and who answers the phone. I would suggest that they have someone just to answer and take orders by phone or setup a website for ordering. This business needs to do better if they want citizens to...

I've tried a few things from here. The gizzards are delicious. The wings taste good, but most times that I get them they don't look all that appetizing (they look like the chickens had a rough life/death lol). The fries are decent when they have seasoning. The whole wings are decently priced but taste pretty average. My coworker raved about their chicken sandwich. It's a decent, consistent spot. It's the service that won me over. Where do I begin. Well, the cashier (Ms. Renee) deserves 10 stars all by herself. They were short staffed today but she held down the floor all on her own and did it perfectly. She was friendly and very helpful. For that I am grateful. Now to the food...... IT WAS AMAZING!!!! Cooked to perfection. You all must try the hot honey wings and the sweet and sassy. My food was great. I would most definitely recommend this establishment to E V E R Y O N E!!! Definitely going back...
