By far one of the best ice cream experience I have ever had. And I've had a lot of ice cream experiences, all over the world. Growing up as the son of a baker and son of parents who owned Baskin-Robbins stores, my dad had a passion for good ice cream and took us to find the best ice cream. Anywhere in the world. So I've had good ice cream. And yes, absolutely, Bardot is right up there with the best of the best. But when you have had the best of the best, what really sets a place apart is the experience. From the moment we walked in, I was immediately drawn in by the decor. And the fact that my dad's name was Bart, only added to the experience. We were greeted by the manager who made the entire experience unique and memorable from the moment we walked in. He made us feel like we were in his own private kitchen offering us some of his world class home made ice cream. At the end, I noticed his shirt said, "I 💋 Bardot." Tonight was a special night for my wife and I because we were celebrating the passing of my dad 9 moths ago, the only way we know how, with good ice cream. Again my dad's name is Bart, so when I saw the t-shirt, I wanted to purchase one to wear in my dad's legacy. In explaining to the manager why the t-shirt meant so much to me, he talked to the owner and creator of Bardot who gave me the shirt to commemorate my dad's life. Needless to say, I will be back, often. And I would encourage you to go also. Not only is the ice cream, soft serve, and coffee some of the best in the world, the service is world class as well. Disclaimer: Do not come here if there is only one person working. Apparently this place also has a U-Haul business attached to it. I came at an unfortunate time when an amazing young lady was taking coffee orders, making the coffee and running a u-haul business apparently…lol all on her own.

I am extremely disappointed in the owners for not stepping up and helping her. she deserves a raise!

Honestly the coffee was EXCELLENT… The owners though seem to not treat their employees good… I waited 45 min for coffee and honestly the hardest part about the wait was watching people yell at her and seeing her struggle to answer u-haul phone calls, take peoples orders and make the coffee and constantly apologize for the wait when it was not at all her fault!!! She handled the stress with grace and I am surprised she didn’t just walk out!

Quite affordable for a custom cup, around $4. I uploaded a cute picture of a Porg and it was SO ADORABLE!

I also ordered a Plain Puffle but I would skip this next time as it doesn't have enough chewiness like the real Hong Kong style egg-waffles.
