I placed an order for delivery and was told there would be a 35 minute wait. When I placed my order the employee who took it said he didn’t need a room number because they wouldn’t take the food to my room. He also never asked for my phone number to call me back so I assumed he got it off of the caller ID. After almost an hour I called the store and politely asked how much longer I could expect to wait for my food. I was told that the order had been delivered but they were unable to contact me. They said that they had tried to call me and went to my room (a room number that was incorrect and that I had not given them). After telling me the same thing several times the employee finally checked the number they had taken and realized it was two numbers off. She said she would send the food out. By the time I got my food I had waited nearly an hour and a half and it was cold. I also received no apologies nor any compensation for the long wait and the fact that my food was cold. I normally don’t write bad reviews since I worked as a manager at a Pizza Hut in the past and I understand that people make mistakes. I honestly don’t mind the mistake but what did irritate me is that the employee did not believe me when I first called asking where my order was, and the fact that there was no apology for the mistake that was made. The customer is not always right but you should always triple check before telling them they are wrong. Other than that after I heated up the food in the microwave it wasn’t bad at all. Had they not made a mistake the food would have also probably gotten there pretty fast. So other then the customer service and handling of complaints it not a bad place to get some food. Read moreThis Domino's is awful. I've had it delivered twice to my place of work, both were bad experiences. The first time, they took over two hours to deliver, it was a Friday evening though and it's a military base so I figured they were very busy so I was understanding about it. However there was no excuse for my pizza being so dry with almost no sauce or cheese on it with lots of those 'bubbles' formed on it. My second experience I just ordered Cheesy Bread thinking there's no way to mess that up.....I was wrong. It still took them an hour and half to deliver, again though, military base (I get it). When the delivery guy walked in I was helping a customer and he rudely interrupted me and was very annoyed and then said, 'Here, I need you to sign this and leave me a tip."....I had put on the app that I would tip in cash (I prefer to do that so people don't have to claim the tips on their taxes if they don't want to). Even after all that I got my Cheesy Bread and it was flat with hardly any cheese and just the bread. I will not ordering...
Read moreI ordered pizza it took hours for them to get here and within those two hours I called this location to see where my pizza was at and it took over 15 mins before I hung up and called again and again before someone finally picked up and complained to me how they are backed up got one person taking orders and cooking while another is delivering. I told them that’s fine I just wanted to know how long it would take I get a text to come down again no big deal I do and they get my order wrong it came with a pizza, a drink Parmesan bites. I get the wrong drink and they forgot my parmesan bites. So they offer someone’s else’s order I gladly accept and go to my room.
