I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Domino’s experience. I placed an order for a hand-tossed pizza and cheesy bread—intentionally ordering them to be delivered together, as I always do. Instead, I received a pan pizza, which I did not request. When I called to address the issue, I was shocked to hear from the General Manager, Megan, that she “upgraded” my pizza without my consent. She admitted to knowingly changing my order and still delivering it incorrectly—assuming I would be okay with it.
I calmly explained that I did not ask for a pan pizza and would simply like the order I originally placed. Rather than taking responsibility and correcting the order, Megan argued with me and refused to remake both items together. She told me that I could only receive a remade pizza—not the cheesy bread—and that I’d have to accept the original bread that was made earlier. When I explained that I wanted both fresh and delivered together, she responded dismissively, saying, “This is a business,” as if that excused intentionally altering a customer’s paid order.
To make matters worse, I shared that I had a newborn at home and just wanted my food remade correctly without any extra hassle. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, she continued to argue, showed no concern for the inconvenience she caused, and acted as if her authority as General Manager made her above accountability. I’ve truly never experienced such inconsiderate and dismissive treatment from any food service manager.
I wasn’t asking for a refund or a handout—just my correct order, made fresh and delivered together, as it should have been in the first place. Her behavior was unacceptable, and the franchisee should seriously reevaluate how such issues are handled. Customers deserve respect and the product they paid for, not assumptions, arguments, and poor customer service.
No amount of coupons or store credits could make up for the way I was treated. I sincerely hope someone in leadership reads this and takes action to ensure no one else is treated...

We have had Domino's deliver to our home several times in the past. We live off of an unpaved road. The road is well maintained on a regular basis (I could drive that road in my Honda that is 4 inches off the ground doing 30 mph and it is as smooth as can be; the road is hard-packed dirt).
This evening, I made an online order, paid with my card and waited for delivery. About 10 minutes after I made the order, I get a call from the store and I am told they will not be able to deliver to my house. I am completely confused by this as they just delivered here a few weeks ago. I am told they cannot go down a dirt road. I plead my case that they just delivered here recently from that store. She puts me on hold, asks the manager and is told no, they will not deliver. She states that its under new management. I informed her to cancel my order and I will no longer be a customer of Domino's Pizza.

Read morePlace an order however my cheese dip and twist were wrong it's happened before but I didn't complain,this time I really wanted the one I ordered so I called up and spoke with the manager named Harley. When I explained what had happened and it has happened before this is just the first time calling about it he immediately apologized right away asked me what the correct order was and said he was going to make it and sent it out and added cinnamon twist as a sorry. Which he didn't have to do-but then he went above and beyond and also added an extra bonus for the next time I order.
