On the Marine Corps installation in the town of Twentynine Palms the temperature gets rather hot. This Jersey Mikes location is one of the only facilities that has exterior dining with a misting system of all dining facilities on the Marine Corps installation so that right there is already awesome. Furthermore it’s always very clean inside and the staff is always friendly. They process fresh orders in an exceptional and timely fashion. My most recent experience, I was greeted by Mrs. Aundria (a punctual greater and refreshingly new smile to the team), Mr. George (a well informed sandwich artist grilling like a champ and running tempo of the line, and Mrs Julie (who appears to be a well orchestrated leader, setting the example of friendliness, running the “finish line” (aka- sprinkling station, register, and training) and interviewing potential new employees. This is the 4 time I have been here and the experience has been to the upmost standard every time. Now knowing this is not a run of luck I decided to give the credit due. Great job Jersey Mike’s team!...
Read moreTerrible service! There was no one line, and I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When I submitted my order, I specifically mentioned that I wanted fries that way they could go ahead and start making them. The girl making my sub moved super slow. Another girl came over and checked me out. I had to repeat my order to her numerous times, and she still got it wrong. Thankfully she refunded me on what she messed up on. After I grab our drinks and sat down I went back to get my subs. I asked the girl again for my fries. She said it will be a few minutes as they still had to make them. I sat down and ate my sub. I went back up to the counter and asked if my fries were ready. The guy I spoke to seemed clueless. I told him if they were not ready then I wanted a refund.
The staff kept messing up on multiple customers orders as we were there waiting. Management needs to look into retraining...
Read moreThe food is great but the prices are outrageous and the staff is incompetent. Every time I come here there are far more employees than there are customers, yet the employees look at you like they’re lost or simply walk away. I actually had an employee tell me that he was not qualified to make a cold sandwich, he was only trained on hot sandwiches. WHAT?!?! I never see a manager doing anything except conducting interviews to hire the next mouth breathing failure. If “Jersey Mike” came here, he’d lose his mind. I used to live in New Jersey where people pride themselves on service. The service here is terrible. The only reason I eat here is because I live 100 yards away and there are limited choices on base. Again, food quality is great (if they get your order right). Service is...
