Starbucks — Restaurant in Twentynine Palms

Thanks to Christie at the downtown Starbucks in 29 Palms this morning for making it all good when I was confused by what to order and ordered wrong! I was told she couldn't take back the mistake but would make me another that was what I really wanted! Then I pull out of the parking lot and down the street to see a man doing yard work. I enjoy coming here. I like their customer service & the fact that it’s conveniently located inside the MCX. Two reasons why I find this location mediocre is they run out of simple things quickly i.e desserts items & milk. Secondly, you cannot redeem your Starbucks rewards; you can only earn them. When I asked why the answer I got was that it is their policy. Makes no sense to me. Other than that I’ll continue stacking up points every time I return & hope that they’ll start redeeming Starbucks rewards....

Usually my go to place for coffee but my last 4 coffees have been messed up or just wrong. I've got the same drink for the better part of 6 months. It was until a month ago that Starbucks started messing up my drinks. I'm vegan and absolutely can't have milk or caramel. I specify to use coconut milk and no caramel.
