Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Tyler

Just left there and I order the the 8piece with all thighs. Some were fresh and some were not. I specifically asked if it were fresh and was told it was all fresh just coming up. I also order a large $3.99 order of fries the box was half full. I also ordered a large mac and cheese. it was also half full and it was not good at all it wasn't completed baked and lacked flavor. Normally its the best church's in Tyler but something has changed usually visit once a week. BUT, wont be back until they improve on the quality and quantity they are sending out. Called to tell them and they never answered the phone after my fifth try I decide to write about it. I feel cheated out my money. It was $18 spent and for nothing the two kids still hungry as I had gotten the fries for them to share as they love fries. First the man took my order then when I got up there to the window I had to give them the order again. I just had to sit and wait like 20 minutes for my food. Received my food then noticed I didn't have my gravy. They hadn't even charged me for it so they had to charge me for it and then they had to go get it that took forever. Once I got that I drove off checking my chicken my chicken was burnt I was supposed to have had two orders of legs and thighs all I had was legs and one thigh.... received my extra biscuits...so I had to turn around go back and wait in line again to get them to replace my correct order... My immediate response to my partner wants returning to the truck was I can scratch this location off my list. My favorite is having spicy chicken and there was none available. There what's some type of spice squirted on top of the chicken I purchased that was supposed to make it spicy but it tasted nothing like spicy chicken. I waited several minutes as it took five people to assemble the order for the people before me. It was difficult for one of them to break away and take my order. There was a large amount of pre-cooked chicken that was under the heat lamp. It was beginning to get dry. Cold add dry chicken has never been a favorite of mine.
