I went into Coffee City today, which has quickly become my new fave coffee place, and was talking to my mom on the phone. I'm not normally rude enough to continue my convo on the phone while ordering but my grandmother is in the ICU and I was giving my mom an update. The barista heard me tell her that I'd only gotten like 3 hours of sleep last night and I was headed back up to sit with my Nana. The barista not only comped my extra shot, but he also offered to pray for my Nana and my family. It was such a simple gesture but I literally teared up in the car. this is my favorite spot to get ground coffee! i used to go to starbucks for my coffee beans and have them ground but coffee city is so much better and cheaper! the single pot sample packs of coffee are a fantastic way to know if you like a flavor of coffee without buying the whole bag first. the coffee is high quality and fresh. the actual drinks are also very good. i usually just pick up my coffee when i come here but their caramel frap is good and tastes like actual caramel! i always get a chai latte when trying a new place (because they’re easy to mess up) and it was phenomenal. this shop is so quaint and clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. i commend you coffee...

A hidden gem in SW Tyler. I moved to Coffee City in 2021 and have seen this place but thought they were a wholesale supplier by judging the appearance of the building. My colleague stopped one day and told me about it so I checked them out. I regret not checking it out sooner. The coffee is great, they have a nice retail area where you can purchase their coffee and coffee supplies. The best of all is the customer service. Staff always greets you, even if they are making drinks for another person, and always have a smile! Their prices are very reasonable if not cheaper then National chain coffee shops. Highly...
