HOLY SMOKES!!! we have been traveling to Dallas for years to buy macarons and NO MORE! (Like actually making the two hour drive for nothing other than macarons) We bought five Christmas tins full of macarons and each flavor was spot on for what it was called. How can she make it taste like an actual little Debbie Christmas tree cake? And the cranberry orange? The hot chocolate? The peppermint chocolate? I don’t know how she does it but my husband and I are giddy about the flavors and textures. Before we picked up our Christmas tins of cookies we went in a few days early and purchased a vanilla, a red velvet, a sugar plum, a cotton candy, a cookies and cream, a fruity pebbles, and a peppermint mocha. Every single one was amazing. We are picky. We are snobby when it comes to macarons. These are huge, the flavors are so spot on and nostalgic, and the texture is *chefs kiss*. I hope this place will be in business for many years to come and that this family will be blessed for all the good they are bringing to the sweets market in Tyler Tx!

Been hearing so many good things about the macarons from Rose City Sweets and had to finally my way over and give them a shot! I was spoiled back in CA with an amazing local bakery so I’m very picky about my macarons and let me tell you… these do not disappoint!! First off, the service was great, very friendly and personable which is an important part of a good bakery! Secondly, they are a lot larger they what I’m used to but still priced very well! Third, I mean the picture speaks for itself, look how pretty they are! Lastly and most importantly, they are delicioussssss! Makes the fact they are larger even better cause it means they last more than one bite šŸ˜†šŸ™ŒšŸ½ Highly recommend giving them a try!🄰

I went into this place with coworkers, having never had a real macaron before. On a whim, I bought a dozen. I figured if I didn’t like them, my family would.

I have allowed my family to eat 3. That’s all. I immediately installed an alarm system on the box and hired a team of specialists to maintain a secure perimeter around it at all times.

I bought the frosted animal cracker flavor, lemon strawberry, and wedding cake.

Unfortunately, due to my utter lack of self-control, I am down to a single wedding cake macaron. This is a travesty. I am already mourning the loss of the last remaining vestige of my happiness.

Suffice it to say, the macarons are fantastic. The buttercream is heavenly, the cookie part (I know nothing of macarons) is fantastic, and the flavors are incredible.

As if the macarons themselves were not enough, the service is also wonderful. He exhibited patience as my coworkers and I agonized over which ones to buy, offering recommendations and information on proper storage.

Go. Now. Buy all the macarons…but leave me a dozen.

P.S. They also had Dubai chocolate cups, peanut butter cheesecake cups, and some magnificent looking brownies when I was there.

Support these people. They...

Hmm guess I'm the odd man out that I hated these macarons...and let me say I LOVE MACARONS. I have been trying to get to this place for months but their hours make it impossible since I live out of town and they are closed on the weekends. So to say I was excited going in, is an understatement. #1 when we arrived they were already sold out of all the flavors I wanted even though I saw bins of more macarons in the back I guess for the next day. The macarons that were left all tasted like overly sweet, chemically flavored trash. I took one bite and didn't finish any of the 6 I bought. While I enjoyed that they are so large it created an odd doughy texture inside the macoron that was unpleasant and not that satisfying crunch. Maybe it's just me but I don't see the 5 start hype and...
