I'm from Kansas so with that being said, I LOVE this menu!!! Tacos and nachos and taco salad! I ordered a double cheeseburger upgraded to a large fry and drink with a side of lg onion rings. Didn't get my cheese on the double CHEESEBURGER and so I called. Very polite and told me to bring it back in and they'd remake it. When I took it back in had the run around about getting it re-made. When they said I wasn't charged for the cheese I said it was supposed to be with cheese I was told it doesn't come with chees. I told them I wanted it with cheese and had to pay an additional damn near $2 for cheese because of their mess up. This I could handle, pay for what I got but then....Then watching, after I specifically asked for it all to be remade freshly, I watched them take the food out of the bag unwrap the burger, put two pieces of cheese on it (burger had tomato and lettuce btw, throw it in the microwave and put it in a new bag along with the cold fries and onion rings. Tried to give it back as 'fresh'. After my sister and I saw what was done, called them on it and I again repeated I wanted it all made freshly. Got a fresh double cheeseburger onion rings but fries were just thrown into the frier again. Not very happy about it. Huge servings but poor customer service. Your helping sizes are the ONLY thing that saved your rating from me as 1 to a 3. Don't recommend for impatient people or anyone having a bad day. Read moreI just want to this Dairy Queen and asked for 7 hazelnut creams and 4 sugars for my coffee. I asked for that many because their coffee is sometimes strong. So they took my order and said pull up to the window. So as the employee came to the window, she hands me my coffee and gives me 3 hazelnut creams and 4 sugars. I told her that’s not what I asked for. Then she decides to tell me I know mam, but we’re only allowed to give you three creams, and any cream after 3 is 5 cents a piece. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told that before I purchase my order. I am a loyal Dairy Queen customer and I’ve never had this problem.
