Customer service at this location is horrible. This is the second time in a month that I place my order online. When I am on my way to pick up my order I get a call saying they "actually closed at 10 today ". The first time it happened I allowed it, but it happened again today. As I was on my way to pick up my order I get a call from "Gray" or at at least that's what she told me her name was. Gray told me they couldn't make my order because they closed at 10 today, and I told her that was completely unacceptable, because it's the second time this month they cancel my order because "they closed at 10", and requested to speak to a manager she told me in a very bothered tone she was the manager, so I requested to get the GM information. Gray told me she couldn't give me any information, after seceral times of asking her for the GM information she told me his name was "Juan or Wand" and was being very rude. I told her there is no point of staying open until 12 if they close at 10 pm everyday. DO NOT COME HERE!!!...

And then I asked what the carry out special was and they told me a large 3 topping, but didn't tell me for how much. When the total came up to $39 I wanted to ask why so much, but my wife insisted I keep quiet. So I decided to order online for carryout. I ordered the same exact thing online as I did in the store with no coupons or promos attached, and low and behold it rang up exactly what I had paid. So how did I get a carry out special??? I paid 2xs as much for the large 3 topping than what I should have because the cashier didn't give me the special that I asked for and my wallet suffers for it because out of respect for my wife I have to keep my mouth shut. Read more9 out of the last 10 times I have been here, the experience has been flawless. But the last time... Not. Ordered through the app for window pickup at the store. App notified me the pizza was ready, so I pulled up to the window and gave them my name. They told me the pizza was not ready. Okay. I waited a few minutes. Another team member came to the window and asked if I'd been helped. I gave her my name again, and she went back to check. She told me they had messed up one of my pizzas and they were remaking it, and it would be about six minutes. I pulled around and parked. Waited about 8 minutes and went back to the window. The first team member told me that the order was half ready, but one pizza was made wrong and they had to redo it. I was like, "again"?
