If you're planning a party here, I'd recommend cancelling your plans before they do it for you. Paid in advance on August 4th and received a notice of cancellation on August 24th. We had a party planned for about a month and a half out and they called us after we already sent out invitations and said they were going to close for a few weeks for scheduled maintenance. If you're going to do maintenance you need to block off the times and not let your customers pay for reservations... It would have been one thing if they called a day or two after we reserved online and paid the fee but this was 3 weeks later. They offered to move our reservation to another day but I've already spent money on invitations and received RSVPs for the party. They did provide a refund but my time is just as valuable to me and apparently it means nothing to them that I've already spent resources on using their business. I had a contractual obligation that if I pulled something like this, it would have been a problem but no problem for them to pull. Now I have to throw more time and money at a party before it even happens. I have to track down everyone that was invited to let them know we had to...

If you need to keep kids occupied for a few hours one day, this is a good choice. It's not as large as some similar places I've been, but my kids who are ages 2-8 can stay busy for a long time. They love the pretend restaurant and grocery store, the fossil dig and cave area, and the climbing wall. The staff are friendly and helpful, and do a good job of keeping the place tidy. There are a few improvements I would like to see. First, the space area has some neat stuff, but it's not super interactive. There is one display of a rover controlled by an iPad that has been out of order for at least six months. Either fix it, or put something else in. Second, I would like to see some sort of safety harness for the climbing wall. My oldest daughter can climb higher than I can support her, and if she fell, even on the padding below, it would be bad. Finally, the display that shows 3D printing doesn't do anything. You can't actually see the thing working, so what is the point? Overall, a great place to take the kids over break, or when you need an activity on a rainy day. They also host birthday parties, but I don't have any...

I took my great grandchildren age 3 and 7 yesterday. Summer camp program was going on when we arrived. Parking was difficult to find and took about 15 minutes to find a spot. There were kids participating in the camp approximately 7-12 years old running every where. They had little supervision that I could see and dominated most of the activities. My great granddaughter tried to participate in the grocery store but was informed by these children that they worked there and she needed to let them check her out. The 3 year old was nearly knocked down by a group running through the cave walk way. I saw children in one area beating each other with something similar to pool noodles. Obviously could not play there. The TV set had about 5 children in it. One child spent the entire time we were in that area screaming at my great granddaughter because she wasn’t participating like he wanted her too. All in all it was a disappointing experience and waste of money. We won’t be returning any time soon and certainly not when a camp is...

What an awesome place to take young inquiring minds. There are so many areas for the little ones to explore. The exploration areas are separated, which makes total sense. It was a little confusing finding the front door because it is hidden. The word "exit" is very visible from the parking lot, please know it is also the entrance. The cashier at the entrance provided informative details, which is necessary for first-timers. CONS: there were several groups of campers there and that was a nightmare. When the campers were let loose in the science center they threw the grocery toys everywhere. On several occasions the older children yanked the shopping cart from my niece (3 years old) because they wanted it. The adults in charge of the campers were NOT supervising them. They were very destructive. I had to stay right next to the 3 year old for safety reasons. Once the campers left it was peaceful and a pleasure for the kiddos (3 and 5). I loved that the little ones could enjoy play while learning. Bathrooms are located at each section.

Every kiddo from pre-k through Middle School should be granted the exciting opportunity to explore just how fun the broad spectrum of science can actually be - and this unique and Interactive learning Playland is undoubtedly one of the best places to do so! That is, of course, if you actually have time 2 see and do everything possible while you are visiting, on any single day! Love it, love it, love it! This place deserves 6 Stars, if only Google Maps would allow it! My eight year old son and I have only been here once, that being merely a few weeks ago at the beginning of January. However, he is not the only one who is more than eager to return! Upon leaving, after hours inside, there were still many things to explore and discoveries to be made! Fun and learning for everyone!

100 ⭐'s There are not enough amazing things I can say about this place. It's been far too long since I have felt satisfied with the money spent on an activity with my children. The staff were absolutely amazing!!! The ones that I spoke to and the ones who disappeared into the background and we're hardly noticed. Coming back to an area my child wanted to visit again and having a fresh clean slate to play with was the most awesome thing ever. I look forward to returning again and again. Thank you for such an amazing day with my family. I love you guys!! My kids loved the TV studio and the restaurant.
