The only cookie I like is white chocolate macadamia and I reach probably 12:15 am ie 45 minutes before closing, the attendant told me it’ll only take 15 minutes for us to get it ready and I was ready to wait until another girl came from the kitchen and told me I already closed the oven, even after baking she still have like 30minutes which is more than enough to clean the kitchen I believe! And it does not end here, they charged my brother first and then the other lady charged me for the same order she denied , as soon as we realize that we have been charged for the second order which she denied instead of listening to the customer & trying to fix the issue these girls were arguing with us that they’ve given us 2 different orders, like are you for real After explaining them the whole scenario and asking them to check their cameras they figured out it was their fault and has given us a window where we can expect the payment back from the bank Id come across with most of the employees working here and I must say they don’t treat their customers with respect and infact they don’t give a shit about their customers Had bad experiences here multiple times Won’t...

I am leaving a one star review because while they did give me a delivery fee refund and new order in the end there were many issues with my order. It took an hour to receive my delivery from Insomnia Cookies. While I normally wouldn't mind the wait there were a few problems as the delivery driver left my cookies on the ground outside even though I immediately got up to answer the door. As I opened the door and a lingering smell of cannabis smacked me in the face only to find that the smell was coming from the box of cookies the driver had left on the floor. When I opened the box I saw that I was missing 3 cookies. I asked to speak to a manager and explained my situation. While the manager did correct the problem he did come off a bit dismissive. He explained that he had no control over the delivery driver because they use doordash as a third-party party delivery service. He offered to refund the order or to have it delivered again. Will not EVER return to this location again. Came in today at 11:42 am a girl with braids came out and said we don’t open until 12:00 cool I go back to my car and wait. I go in again at 12:01 she comes back out and says “ Just to give you a heads up, I only have classic cookies right now.” I asked when there would be deluxe cookies. She replies in about 12-15 min. I would think that if you are running a business, all items should be baked and ready to sell when the store opens. Not you just putting them in the oven after the store opens. Also the times should be visible on the building and the door should be locked until time for the store to open. I went back in after 12 min and she asks which deluxe did I want. I replied Salted Caramel. I think she just gave me an incompletely baked cookie to rush me along. Thankfully I used a reward and did not spend my money on a cookie not completely baked. Never had an issue with this location until today....
