Taqueria Juniors — Restaurant in Tyler

I just had some amazing tacos from Junior’s Taqueria!!! It’s been so many years since I’ve had their food and I’ll never wait that long again.

I was getting back in from Dallas and my stomach was starting to talk to me. Right then, I passed Juniors and happened to look over and see the open sign was lit up. I quickly turned around and made my way back.

I was immediately greeted as I walked in. I spoke with the kind lady at the front and placed my order. I then made my way over to my table. Within 10 minutes, my 3 tacos and 1 small quesadilla was being brought out to my table, along with their amazing green sauce.

I instantly dove right in. I squeezed some lime on everything and applied a few drops of green sauce to each item. It’s really good, but it has a kick for us wimpy folk. The lime really helps with that in my opinion. I piled on some perfectly grilled onions (I requested those when I ordered) and proceeded to dig in.

Absolute perfection!!! I enjoyed every single bite and I didn’t leave any behind. The meat was tender and juicy and the tortillas had a great texture. I’m really picky when it comes to corn tortillas, but these were excellent.

Be patient when visiting, as the family is currently going through a very rough time. Junior was an amazing person and it’s clear how much the community loved him. Y’all go show some love and support for this...

I never leave bad reviews but this place dies not deserve even a 1 star. I ordered 3 tacos and asked for no onion or avocado. I received my order and it was loaded with onion and topped with avocado. I told her there is onions on her and she looks ate and said you didn't tell me that. Yes I did as she argues. I walked her through what I said and I believe she remembered. However 3 people walk up behind me and she says ok they will remake it and it will be atheist 15 mi . No one was there before me and no other orders were being made. That meant she wanted to take the new orders and get to me later. My husband ate his tacos which were just ok he said. Their sauce was delicious. The menu was the smallest I have ever seen. Only steak meat.no pastor or anything, no rice, no beans. No burritos. Absolutely basic.The owner was extremely rude. Unclean establishment if you look through the window. I wouldn't...

The lady was so rude to me. She tried to overcharge my debit card and when I asked for my money back before my food was even started she told me she doesn't give refunds and there is no way to give me my money back. She told me she didnt care if I didnt call back then called the cook over next to her so she could continue being rud to me. I felt powerless and had to call the cops because of that rude woman. Anyone that wants to eat there should please go somewhere else. No one else was rude in there but...
