Learn moreI was just banned from this subway for asking for a refund when they charged me $2.50 more for my food than what was on the sales boards. The guy claiming to be the manager (never provided his name even when asked) explained that corporate prices went up but they did not have the sales boards with the new prices. I asked, does it seem right to charge more without telling the customer? He started to get angry and asked why I was making him deal with this. I told him he didn't have to, I asked for someone over him that I can contact. He said he was doing that but couldn't get them on the phone. He kept saying there was nothing he could do. I asked him, as a manager, if I had an issue and wanted a refund you could not process it? He said he would have to pay for it. That it comes out of his pocket and he cant believe that I am keeping on with this issue. Also that he has medical issues and doesn't need to be dealing with this. He finally gave me a refund and banned me and the other people in the store because they agreed with the issue I was talking about. He also kept saying I was trying to push his buttons and he didn't appreciate it. Read moreUPDATE: since that review 2 years ago..about a year or so after the review they got a new crew in, a awesome lady and a younger guy(don’t know if they want their names out there) and since they have been there it’s been GREAT. I work across the street and I usually order through the app and TBH it’s Perfect EVERYTIME! it’s the only Subway I try to go to. BRAVO!CHEERS!
So done with this location. Have only been working in the area for a month and after repeated visits or attempts to visit, it is over. It is always something with this location. First time I went was ok, Second time, the Ice machine was broken and A/C was out and the only option was soda from the machine that was "chilled". next time new faces, little training! Poor guy had me and too people in front of him, while his coworker ignored the crowd and slowly put together a online order. Next time another new face and the Ice machine is broke AGAIN. Read moreWalked in to this location to the girl being on her phone talking to someone. You could tell the girl was more focused on her phone call than with helping me. She didn’t even hang up the phone while helping me, she stayed connected to the call and put the phone down on the counter where they make the sandwiches. After picking the meat, she proceeded to put veggies on my sandwich that looked old and soggy. After paying, I grabbed the cup to go get my drink. There were ants all over the fountain machine. There was definitely cleaning that needed to be done and after I left, I saw the girl go sit down so she can continue her conversation on the phone.
