-- Update ... so not their fault on the overcharge mentioned below. The waitress understood me to be ordering the dinner version of the dish (3 enchiladas) vs. the lunch version (2 enchiladas). Restaurant saw my review and refunded the difference. Very nice of them. I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 4.

I went here for the first time today for lunch. The food met my expectations, adequate for a Mexican restaurant in New England attempting to compete with national and New England based franchise restaurants. The decor, furniture, wall color choices, and accessories certainly provided me with the visual clues needed for me to believe I was somewhere in America in a Mexican Restaurant. I had the lunch enchiladas verdes and it was nice to have a verde sauce. The chips were fine, but the salsa had nothing to recommend it.

I did not notice the price on their printed menu, but I was charged $12.99, three dollars more than the price shown on the restaurant website.

Service was friendly and excellent, but the menu price disparity left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure I would go back, although if the website menu had displayed the correct price for my dish, it still would have been decent value...

I was so excited to check this place out. We arrived and got seated right away. We arrived when it opened but the waitress was distracted talking to the hostess. I tried to make eye contact but she was busy talking. Oof. When we got her attention she was very nice but it kept happening. Can I get a cocktail? An appetizer? Hello? When our food arrived I thought we didn't get our burrito. She pointed to a tiny wet object on the plate and said "that's it." It was a tiny wet something under a wet brown sauce. In my experience a burrito if is of some size more than a tiny enchilada. I really thought they forgot to put it on the plate. It got worse from there. I ordered the chili rellino.it was a wet slosh of green sludge. What a shame. Everything looked and tasted the same with no kind of distinctive identity. Luckily the drinks were strong enough that I didn't say too much. Sorry guys. You need to step up your game. Service is lazy and not important to the employees. Just get them in and get them out. Not coming back. Management needs to sit down and talk to the cooks and the team. I own a business and I'd fire the whole crew and start over. Shame...

Service is terrible. Went here tonight. Brought the wrong appetizer. Then I had to tell a different waitress that I don't know where my waitress is but that I never ordered this. They took it and brought the right one. Still no sight of my waitress. Then the meal came for my date. My meal never came. Again no sight of my waitress. I tell somebody else that I didn't get my food. Then I tell my date how this dining experience has been ruined and that I don't feel we should pay for anything. A different waitress came to the table and said "I heard what you said and you're right. We're getting your food but we're not gonna charge you for any food. There was a mistake in the kitchen". Then the waitress that got our drinks in the beginning brings the check with only my meal not on it. Needless to say I walked out and will never return. They could've made it right and I would've understood and maybe gave it another chance but they tried to play me for a fool. If you ruin a couples date comp the food and make it right. You ruined the entire experience. Nobody should pay for a...

This was my first time here. My sister had recommended it. I was not disappointed. Jose greeted us right away and we were happy that he was going to be our waiter. The restaurant was getting busy and it was nice to see the staff all help each other out. Whether it was to take a drink order pick up dirty plate , cash out a check, they all helped each other and management should be proud of their team. I got the Pollo ranchero and it was so tasty. The chicken wasn’t dry the sauce is amazing even the rice was so good. Portions, wow I have lunch for tomorrow. They are generous. My friend got the chimichangas, he wasn’t sure what to get and Jose brought out a little piece of steak for him to try. I thought that was great service and definitely up selling the menu for us to come back. Which we will. It’s been a long time since I’ve had good food like this. If you’re definitely looking for Mexican, this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed.

Aesthetically, walking in into the restaurant it look pretty cool, very similar to the Mexican restaurants I saw in southern California. The employees working the front weren't really friendly, just neutral. Not super attentive, but my server was cool. I got one of their popular burritos with steak, rice and beans. It was covered with a red sauce, I usually call this a burrito mojado. It was really good. I was impressed, because my expectations for Mexican restaurants are pretty low here in New England. The chips and salsa was good too, again that's something I critique very heavily when I go into a Mexican restaurant. I'm not really comparing this to California standards, but for New England, this place is really good. I would certainly come here again. Burrito was about $14 which is terribly expensive in my opinion, but hey. Good-looking restaurant, great menu, expensive, the food tastes good, the staff is neutral. I like it.
