Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tyrone

No way we will be back!! And we order a few times a week!!! Ordered 1 large hand tossed w/ pepperoni...1 large thin crust with pepperoni...1 large hand tossed with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon...we got 1 large burnt hand tossed with pepperoni...1 large thin crust with pepperoni, bacon,and sausage...and a a large hand tossed burnt with pepperoni...now this isn't that bad of a mistake...until my wife calls and complains about the order being messed up...and this was 11:30 @ night...the manager Jenna..which is a dude named tyler...refuses to fix the mistake. And when my wife says my husband will come out and u can just refund the money he/she hung up on my wife...I dont know what's going on out there but they just lost alot of good...

Just close the dining room already!!!!!

We went here to have lunch on new years eve. We went in to the dining area and we were the only ones there to eat. They told us to have a seat and nearly every table was dirty. We ordered our food and drinks and they gave us a 2 liter and paper cups and plates. Our pizza and breadsticks came in to go boxes which is quite annoying to maneuver around a table for 4. 2 of the employees just sat at a table folding boxes instead of keeping the tables clean.

Dirty tables and floor...No wait staff...paper products and pizza served in a box instead of on a pan. It's pretty obvious you don't people to come in and eat at the restaurant. The food was ok...but the pizza hut...

4 months since I left my last review and the service is worse then ever. DRIVERS don't follow delivery instructions. They forget products all the time and then take up to 45.minutes to reseller even though I live less then a mile from the store. I would never recommend ordering from this pizza hut unless you have free stuff with your points. Dominos gives 10 times better service and oip and dottavios is 1000 times a better product.

The pizza wasn't well done like I asked and wings were undercooked I puked my guts oit 3 hrs after...
