Starbucks — Restaurant in Uintah

Asked for a simple Drink , Apparently They don't understand milk allergies and absolutely DO NOT care. Everyone knows what whipped cream looks like. These are very simple concepts here. I told them sorry, I asked for no whipped cream. I took the lid off and there it was. They got the manager, she said " I watched her make it, I can remake it but its just going to look the same..so..." i said " I have had coffee before, THIS IS WHIPPED CREAM" at that point I realized they were extremely lazy and didn't care that someone could have a serious reaction because of their refusal to take the blame and apologize. I left Disgusted, refusing to continue the ridiculous interaction. Two grown adults trying to convince someone with milk allergies that they didn't give me whipped cream. If you're particular store doesn't have any lawsuits in progress, I promise with this just plain STUPIDITY and Blatant Disregard for someone else's ALLERGIES it...

So many masks in this store..... apparently, "person" came from the phrase 'per sonus' meaning literally "that through which the sound passes" sonus being the root that gives us the words sonar, sonic, sound etc. And the term was originally used (long long ago) to refer to masks that were worn in plays by the actors (there were special built in megaphones in these masks to help amplify their voices). So as individuals, we are all personas, or masks. And now we are all masks wearing masks during a pandemic. But what's underneath all the human masks? What is wearing us persons? And most importantly, does it drink hot beverages out of cups that say Merry Christmas, or is it a Godless hipster trying to usurp our treasured...

I ORDERED A CARAMEL CRUNCH FRAPPE. THE BOTTOM 1/3 OF MY DRINK WAS WHIP CREAM AND CARAMEL, ONLY 1/3 OF THE CUP HAD ACTUAL FRAPPE. HE TOP 1/3 WAS MORE WHIP CREAM AND CARAMEL. NO "CRUNCH" WAS ADDED. PAID FOR AN EXTRA SHOT OF ESPRESSO. NONE RECEIVED. WORST DRINK I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY STARBUCKS EVER. MY HUSBANDS DRINK, ALSO A FRAPPE. WAS A VENTI SIZE. WAS VERY "AIRY" NO CONSISTENCY AT ALL. IT WAS LIKE A SLURPY FROM THE 7/11 STORE. HE IS A DIABETIC, WE HAD ORDERED SUGAR FREE, FROM HIS BLOOD GLUCOSE REACTION , IT WAS NOT SUGAR FREE SYRUP. WE ARE COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE. NEW EMPLOYEE MAYBE? WE WILL NOT RETURN. THIS WILL PROBABLY NEVER GET FAR BUT...
