Horrible. I had an Uber Eats order to pick up. When I went to go inside, I was told the lobby was closed...it was only 7pm...then the guy told me to drive up to the window to pick up the order which I did. Then the kid at the window, looks at me like he doesn't know what I'm saying, and uses his headset to call his manager. He proceeded to tell me that I have to drive back around to where you order. Angrily I did, when I get to the speaker I'm told to drive back up to the same window. At this point now there's 5 cars that came in after me who are now in front of me in line. So I had to wait almost 10mins and when I get to the window with the kid he starts apologizing and says I have to go to the 2nd window. When I get to that window after another few mins the girl at the window was incredibly rude shoving the bag at me. This whole process took WAY longer than it should have, there was no reason for me to have to drive back around to the speaker and the girls attitude was the icing on the cake. I'll never personally go there but if I have to pick up another Uber Eats order there I hope they are preforming better than they were last...
Read moreOne star—only because zero isn’t an option. This McDonald’s location is a complete embarrassment. The two older female managers are rude, unprofessional, and downright toxic. They make inappropriate comments, show clear favoritism, and treat certain employees and customers with disrespect. Their behavior is sexist, judgmental, and creates a hostile environment that makes people uncomfortable just walking in the door.
But it gets worse. I’ve personally seen employees put their bare hands—unwashed—straight into the fry machine, and the managers just stand there and say nothing. No correction, no concern for hygiene, no accountability. It’s disgusting and dangerous. How does a place like this pass health inspections?
And the irony? They actually ask for reviews. Like they deserve praise for running a place with zero professionalism and even less care for customer safety. You want a review? Here it is: this location is a health hazard and a management disaster. Corporate needs to step in immediately.
Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and I suggest everyone else do the same. You deserve...
Read moreSo, I ordered using the mobile app for the first time for pick up and I was missing two apple pies(I ordered 4). I right away brought this to their attention and then a manager came out and showed me some slip that said I ordered 2 apple pies. I left thinking that I made a mistake, and I drove a couple of blocks and realized I should have a receipt in my email. I checked my email and there it was... a clear print out of EXACTLY what I ordered and had already paid for(quantity 2 apple pies). I drove right back here and went inside of the restaurant this time and showed them my receipt and now they said I was RIGHT! So they read the order wrong and had me thinking I did not purchase the items when I did! All I'm saying is check your ORDERS and your RECEIPT!!! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out, and what's bad is that a MANAGER thought she was correct!!! Once AGAIN... a MANAGER gives a half filled vanilla sundae!!! I guess we're buying less for more $$$...
