This place can't get orders right to save their lives... stop here for a happy meal on laundry day maybe once every few months and they absolutely can't get it right no matter how busy or dead it is. I have to repeat myself multiple times at the speaker every single time, as if "six piece happy meal with juice," is the most complex order on earth, and yet still it is wrong every time. Last time they gave my kids meal to the truck in front of me and then argued with me at the window about how they gave my food away as if it were my problem. This time a man tried giving me two extra bags of food I didn't order.
My order, again, was a simple nugget meal. We got a burger and three fries...no toy. No apple..... When I went back to remedy this today, 11-5-24 at 1:44pm, the manager tried to withhold my apples then proceeded to argue with me that the man gave me an order from another car.... okay? That has nothing to do with me or you fulfilling my order? Disgustingly unprofessional.
I don't understand how you are all this bad at your jobs, but arguing with customers because you can't communicate among YOUR crew is actually wild and childish behavior I have never seen at any other McDonald's.
Corporate needs to step it up for this location. I have never experienced such...
Read moreNormally i dont eat McDonalds, however had ti be quick with co workers. Ordered a couple of burgers, fries and pops for 3 people. Was asked to pull forward cause they had to cook fries. They forgot about us for about 5 minutes. After having(we counted 10 cars, after quite a few went by and interests were peaked). I walked inside and asked an employee (blond hair, black finger nails and feminine lisp) if he could help me, he very rudely said "im doing something else and busy". As i stood in the lobby i heard someone yell from the back "has anybody taken care of the (either held or pulled) order? I abruptly said " im right here, and no one has helped me" i was again ignored as i see them scrambling to put a bag together. A lady came over and handed me my bag. I explained that. The way the guy spoke to me and dealt with my inquiry was unacceptable, which was met with shrugged shoulders. When we got back to the job site low and behold i was sbort a burger and was charged for it..... Super ticked off... Very poor customer service, but then again it is McDonalds, a multimillion dollar cooperation and even this post will be met with a shrug and disregard.... They will never get another...
Read moreOur favorite of all local McD's. With a large family, comprising nine kids and 7 of them teenage boys, we have enormous orders. We can't use the app because it'll only take 20 items, most units if you use the lobby you take a back seat because they're judged on their drive-thru numbers, if you use the drive-thru with a large order they either park you or they get mad because you refuse to pull ahead knowing that they're going to bury your order, or you can try to call ahead but most stores won't take orders that big because they think it's going to be a drive off. This store, however, is remarkable about allowing call ahead orders, being honest about any issues or hangups on orders or delays, and doesn't try the ridiculous. We're going to make you wait off to the side for hot fresh fries when you know it's something else holding it up because the fries are still sitting in the window in the bag. Our orders are always accurate, timely, and hot. Our average order here is between $90 and $100 and the exceptional service that we receive makes it more than worth the money. The brand equity and brand loyalty they have earned...
