This particular evening I chose to dine in? Worse decision ever. I wouldn’t recommend! Waking in the door there was a huge commotion from the drive thru. The young lady at the window was cussing and very upset. She clearly was offended by the people in the drive thru. They argue a little bit and she stormed off. Afterwards the staff was conversing loud about she clocked herself out and left. In the midst of the full lobby of families, along with myself trying to be patient and wait for the manager to diffuse the problem and get back to customers. She did the bare minimum! Very embarrassing as a lead. The staff was TERRIBLE and lacked basic Customer Service skills. They were not attentive to guest at all. Inside or the drive thru everyone had some kind of complaint or error with order. They were distracted and kept talking about the situation, constant profanity from the other young lady at the register right next to the manager. The shift has to be composed with children and the older woman indeed who had to be the manager had no control over her shift. Before us leaving out I notice it was close to time the lobby was closing the manager rudely let customers know the lobby was closed and yell across to a young man to lock the door. Terminate the entire shift just bad for business! Or a Suspension needs to be discussed. I feel terrible for the taller young man who may have been the cook possibly he did say he apologize for the chaos which was nice he took the initiative to speak to the guest in the lobby something the manager didn’t say out her mouth. Piss poor...
Read moreI just ordered my food in the drive thru and I ordered a medium oreo blizzard with extra oreos. When I drove to the window and the lady proceeded to give me my blizzard but I seen it wasn't what I paid for. I paid for extra oreos. She apologized and she offered me a cup with extra oreos on the side. I declined it because I paid for it to me mixed and made correctly. She proceeded to turn around and tell her manager and he said "it has oreos in it" I said "sir I paid for extra oreos" he then says to the young lady "well he needs to take it, I'm not trying to remake anyone just for extra oreos" I smiled and told the young lady "I will take the cup of oreos ma'am. " she then hands me this very small sauce cup. I was shocked because I paid $6.98 and received the smallest cup of oreos ever. As a military man I pride myself on respect but I did not receive the same respect that a paying customer should receive. I didn't not get my money worth and the attitude was highly unpleasant. Needless to say will never revisit or spend a dime at this Dairy Queen ever again, because of the poor customer service from the manager and poor quality of food /lack thereof that I received that I paid for.
P.S. you are in the service industry people work hard for their money and expect to be treated with respect and their orders to be made correctly. I/we as customers should not have to add anything to our orders that we paid for because we don't work at your...
Read moreDon’t ask me how or when, however, at some point in my recent adult years I have become addicted to the chicken tenders from Dairy Queen!! Yes! You read it correctly. My name is D. K. and I’m Addicted to the Tenders at Dairy Queen!
It’s the crunchy outside that draws me in, coupled with the moist, meaty middle which keeps me coming back. Though most people come to DQ for the Blizzards, I come for the Tenders.
Also, I have no idea what kind of Texas Toast or Butter they use, yet, when their powers combine… Oh. My. Gosh!!!! I am talking about a Toasty, Melt in your Mouth, Crunchy moment of flavorful goodness and melty joy.
For the record, this has become my go to grab and go meal when it’s been a rough day and I need a moment for an out of body experience. LoL!!!! I’m so serious.
A few things to note: The BBQ Sauce deserves an honorable mention. This location doesn’t participate in the loyalty points or ordering through the app. The service is usually slow so be patient and focus on the “food” and not so much the “fast” element.
Last but not least… The...
