Fusion Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Union City

If I could give this business a zero I would. I went to Fusion Sports Lounge last night with a group of my friends to celebrate a birthday. Upon arriving, I asked the security guard if there were any parking spaces available that were not valet. He told me to park in the parking lot up the hill in the front of the plaza. Throughout the night, service was just ok. Once we paid our bills, we were informed that people were breaking into cars in the parking lot up the hill in the front of the plaza. All of us who parked up there ran out to see what was happening. We discovered that 3 of the cars in our party had the windows busted in their cars. One of the cars belonged to the birthday girl. When we spoke with the Union City Police Officer, we were told that this happens all of the time and the owner of Fusion Sports Lounge refuses to say anything or announce it in the lounge because they do not want to lose business. The Union City Police Officer also told us that 13 cars had been broken into on New Year's Eve in this lot. He said the break ins happened around 10 or 10:30 that night but the owner didn't announce there was a problem until well after midnight. The fact that the business owner values money over the safety of their patrons is outrageous! Also, the fact that we were directed to park in that upper lot make it seem as if we were being set up to be burglarized. We were also informed that there is only 1 working camera in that lot which is located at the gas station. This gas station is only 5 or 6 stores down from where the break ins occurred. This lot is very busy but conveniently no one saw anyone breaking the windows out of and burglarizing 4 cars in plain site. I will never come back to this business and I do NOT advise anyone to. This business owner only cares about the money... PERIOD! They cannot be concerned about the safety of their patrons. My experience on 7/16/24 was great at first. We were out for my brother-n- law birthday Bailee was our waitress she was friendly. We ordered food at 9ish . An hour went by we didn’t see Bailee anywhere. Bailee came to the table we ask where was the food Bailee stated she will go check. Another 45 minutes went by no Bailee . We still waiting we had to ask another waitress where’s Bailee and the food the young lady stated that she was the manager ( I forgot her name) and she will go check. Okay we waiting……………. Okay now everybody is upset because we are hungry!!!!!!!!!! Now here comes the food at 11:00 wowwwww really?????? So we ask do you expect us to pay full price for this food???? The manager said that she could buy us drinks but she couldn’t take off the food. Really????? So she went to get another Manager ( I forgot her name) she stated that she would discount very ones ticket and she apologize but I didn’t see a discount 🤷🏽‍♀️ okay now we are ready to go . My ticket was $28.04 with no tip on my cash app card. But whyyyyyy the next day someone TOOK $ 10.00 extra dollars off my cash app card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! Came 3 times in the past 2 months, hoping each experience would be different, first off the first time I came there was only 4 other customers, the second time I came it was with a date and it was extremely embarrassing because it was only 11:30pm and there was 2 cars in the parking lot, we walked in and the barstools was on top of the bar table, as if they were cleaning, not sure why this bar can't draw a crowd, but I came back a 3rd time, again giving them another chance, hoping they got more business and hoping things were better bieng that this time its the Falcons Playoffs with the Green Bay Packers, now this time there were quite a few people here, but we came and sat at the bar at 2:45, and there was no bartender until around 3:07....i ordered a drink and now it's 3:30 and I still haven't received it, the bartender claim they had just called her to come in, she was rushing and wasn't well prepared,..they didn't have any of the drink ingredients for my drink, so I just settled for something the bartender made up real quick, she was doing the best she could with what little she had,...im scared to order food, cause that may not come out until tomorrow 😯😯 very poor service, and this is a really nice set up type of place, but no more chances for them, poor service, no advertising,...
