Subway — Restaurant in Union City

READ TILL THE END This was by far the filthiest restaurant to date. Yall I wish I would have taken pictures of the counter.. open food everywhere and the food sitting on the counter so long it had begun to change colors. Imma a tuna sandwich person myself and to pan that the tuna was in was covered in extra topping that they had just slung everywhere. She asked me what I wanted and I was so shook by the nastiness that by the time I looked around I was like ma'am Imma pass and politely advised that they might wanna clean that up. the gentleman that was behind me also declined at this point the white lady who clearly was the manger had a look like nothing was wrong. As I left me and the gentleman shook our heads in disbelief and I noticed a woman in her car EATING HER SANDWICH FROM SUBWAY...??? THIS LADY ASKED US TO PRAY FOR HER AND OVER HER SANDWICH!!! I decided to visit this establishment on October 30 around 9:45 AM. When I walked into the establishment, the employee was an African American woman with box braids in a bun. The employee was in the back on the phone on loudspeaker fixing a tray of cookies. The employee stated that she will call the person on the phone back. The employee then proceeded to finish making the tray of cookies while I waited in the front for at least 12 minutes. When she got all three trays lined with cookie dough. she then proceeded to place the cookies in the oven that’s when she decided to ask me what I was having. The employee was very rude. I didn’t feel like my service Was wanted ,the employee did not change her gloves after making the cookies before she got ready to assist me, when I politely asked if she Could change her gloves. She stated I know what I’m supposed to do however, after she made the cookies, she grabbed The wax paper to start my Sandwich with the same gloves she had on in the back. Horrible customer service I will never visit this...

Idk who runs this place but that light skinned guy with dreads should not be representing anyone’s establishment at all. As a business owner myself I was appalled that someone even hired him let alone made him the manager of their establishment. He is rude when acknowledging customers and then when making my sandwich he got mad because he asked me what I wanted and I told him and the first thing he proceeded to do was put an item I did not request on my sandwich. Now I’m not even paying attention the other customer in the store noticed and spoke up for me and when I noticed I asked him to remove them and he threw them back into the dish with an attitude. I feel as a paying customer and someone who supports this business on a regular the way I and my food was treated was truly uncalled for. With that being said I’d like a call from corporate to address this further or better yet go do some damage control on this location because it truly is a bad look to have...
