Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Union Grove

This was my first experience with Domino's. I ordered and paid online. I arrived during the 10-minute window the website gave me. Another customer was waiting for her order and was kind enough to show me the electronic board with names and order status details. I found my name, and it stated the order would be ready in 1 to 5 minutes. Five minutes later, the board changed, stating my order was ready. I asked the counter girl for my pizza. She looked at a few that were sitting around but then just moved on to another customer without saying anything to me. Another counter girl started working, and the same thing happened with her. Twelve minutes later, a delivery guy searching through the stack of Pizza asked if there was a Steven B waiting to pick up. I said, " Yes, that's me." My Pizza was on that table for at least 12 minutes while I waited a few feet away repeatedly...

Originally moved back into the area and called for delivery. The manager told me that the delivery range is 9 miles and that my address is just outside of their line. However, since he agreed that since it was still technically not outside of 9 miles that I could get delivery.

We have had at least 6 orders delivered to our home. We called tonight to have delivery, and were met with animosity and told bluntly that he would not be taking our order because we are now back outside of their delivery service even though we did not move from our address.

Update... looked at the google maps directions and found that we are actually at 5.8 miles from the store. Something is definitely wrong with the way they are deciding where to cut off delivery. Bad business decision. If I have to go get my pizza, I'll just go get Marco's, Napoli's, or...

This dominos doesn’t cook the pan pizzas long enough! The cheese in the center is not even fully melted and isn’t even lightly browned. The last 2 Pan pizzas I’ve ordered both came delivered this way. Last time we ordered it took over a hour for our delivery to arrive and when it finally came… they forgot our soda. Ugh…. When this location first open it was excellent…. Now it’s just not worth your money. My wife and I are fine baking a way better tasting Oven pizza… Screaming Sicilian Pizza blows this domino’s out of the water! Do...
