I've been in here plenty of times and over just the past few months the things I've been told about the place makes it awful to the point I don't want to experience this establishment any further. The food quality is so cheap that most of what made some of this food so good, is now all just frozen. I've been told the only things not frozen are the Entrée's, which really displays how cheap the owners are if they can't even afford a good quality ground beef for their burgers. Last time I had one it had a really weird taste to them and they're frozen, the brisket is frozen, the taco meat for the taco salads is frozen and taste like mystery meat. Honestly the only thing worth ordering is Entrees and soups, unless you like filling your body with toxic seed oils like canola oil because the owners are too cheap to afford Olive, Avocado, or Coconut oil to cook in. They had some poor girl get her hand caught in the dough machine and they have to pay her money to sit at home now. Could've been totally avoided but the owners are so lazy they don't want to come into work and properly train their staff, especially the owner Josh. I'm including both of them but really Joey is a great guy and a pleasure to talk to, I've spoken with him many times. Josh on the other hand, just ew. I've also heard that as an employee if you ask for a raise that you'll never get one, they'll just give you excuse after excuse. They can spend 60k on new fryers and thousands of dollars on vacations but can't be bothered to pay their staff a livable wage and then try to blacklist them from being rehired because they wanted to seek better employment elsewhere. They also don't use real butter for hardly any food also. If your food taste buttery it's from a disgusting butter oil that they use to taint food with. Overall it seems my opinion mixed with testimonies I've heard from former employees really says this is not a good place to work, that it's gone way downhill and continues to get worse, the quality of food is beyond cheap that it's sad but I'm sure the owners are enjoying lavish living with bougie food. They can eat high quality foods but can't serve a better product to the public and just want your money. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and everything about this place is consistently going downhill. We’ve brought the family in on a Monday night, dining room half empty and waiting on a table for 15+ minutes. Half empty dining room and a wait?!? Tonight we came in, looking forward to friendly service and great food, instead we get cold fries that were served with our meal not as an appetizer, drinks that only got refilled when I went to the counter and asked for a refill, Stromboli that was not piping hot, no garlic butter brushed on top. If you’ve ever been here, you will know this is not what we were expecting! The service is hit or miss. Seriously depends on which server you get and what time of day you come. During lunch through the week, guaranteed great service and more than likely great food. Evening, you’d be better off walking out if the servers aren’t part of the team that was there when Mark and Glenna had it! The new owners have it in their mind to make it bigger and better, how when you can’t keep up with what you have?! You bought a well oiled machine and have done nothing but screw it up since! And while I’m going on about the new owners, there is only one I ever see busting his ass in that restaurant, the other one may be there but if you see him, he’s not doing anything to help his team. I brought my grandkids in for ice cream because we love it. When we arrived at at 6:55, my grandkids wanted food and ice cream so we put our name on the list. We were never acknowledged by anyone. At 7:30 I asked how much longer the wait would be and one of your staff members said I’m getting drinks for a table and after that I might be able to seat you. I know it was Fathers Day but only a few tables were occupied in your dining room. Finally, at 7:45 my grandkids were upset and I was trying to get someone to help us since they were hungry. I was never rude or disrespectful to anyone. I was trying to get your attention because I was told you were the owner. You checked a customer out and walked back to the ice cream counter and that’s when I asked for you to help us. We are also a loyal customer of yours as well. I was told you were short staffed which I understand but I counted 9 employees working.
