McDonald's — Restaurant in Union Township

My friend and I stopped in after she had a long day flying update from Louisiana and being diabetic she had to eat something and it was about 11 pm and no one in there but one other person. She ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and coffee. Her chicken sandwich was cold along with the fries. She went up and said her food was cold, so they took her sandwich and I do have pictures I must post later, after waiting about 5 mins she's handed her sandwich that was a soggy yucky mess, they apparently heated up the chicken some and now it looked at least cooked but the sauce n lettuce was all mushed together n the bun was all wet and it looked like something you dropped on floor and stepped on. The fries at least were made fresh and not cold and hard like the first batch. I only got a yogurt and fruit cup and a drink. For spending all but $20 for her meal and my snack we'd have been better off throwing$20 out the window or going to Turkey Hill or truck stop up the road. Mc Donald's has become overpriced anymore and I've never been a burger king fan until recently when I got a much better meal when I was hungry and no choice but eat fast food or go hungry. My fr had to eat because her sugar was low but she couldn't even eat it and threw it out. Oh her coffee was also cold and asked for hot coffee, here they didn't put the lid on tight and her drink went all over her, the table and floor, we could not even get anyone's attention to have them come help clean it up when we were sitting at the first table in front of counter where we easily could be seen. They all appeared lazy and like serving us was a inconvenience especially when we complained about quality of food and coffee and they were not friendly at all and like heard what she said but also in a ignoring type attitude and didn't even say sorry and it's not like they were busy except for some ppl coming through drive through. I'll never stop in here again and I use to love mc Donald's since I was a kid but no more. It's a waste...

Wow. I am in complete awe of the outstanding experience I just had at McDonald's. I am a truck driver and I have been to McDonald's all over north America and this was my absolute best experience out of thousands of times at all hours and all locations on this continent. My receipt printed poorly, and I called to get my survey code, Christina, I was told, made the entire experience of McDonald's a complete pleasure. Better than most 5 star restaurants. I was greeted with a genuine smile and welcoming face, by a person who was genuinely happy to serve customers and provide and excellent service to both the customers and her employer by quickly going to clean the dining area, soda station, even the front door and windows the second that she had no customers. I watched her help someone with special needs excellent, moody customers left laughing, the entire place seemed unrealistic for a place that's typically a "grab and go" experience. I used to laugh at the "McCafe" theme that McDonald's is trying to portray. However, today's experience was much more than anything McDonald's has ever been to myself since I was a child climbing in the Hamburgler jail. It was McDelightful.

My daughter's have recently started working here and it is such a chill relaxed atmosphere and they really do care about serving their customers quality food in a timely manner. I go there often for their cherry slushies and every time I've had food there you can tell that they took care when putting it together. I've been to other fast food places where the sandwiches were just slopped together and I had to fix them before I could eat them and this is not the case here. Also I have inside information from my daughter's who tell me all the time about how much they care about their food and their customers and it shows when I go there. The energy is so good there that I can just sit and relax while enjoying good food.

WARNING this place is located in a truck stop and if you go there whatever you do do not get the Chester's Chicken. My daughter's worked there and they serve chicken that is green and passed its expiration date. Chester's also has a toxic environment and they treat their employees...
