TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. HAD to come in to place the order after TRYING to order on the phone, cashier didn’t understand the item we were ordering that we ordered several times before from this location. So we had to drive to the location to place the order… CASHIER was dipsy… didn’t know their prices nor the menu.. ordered a Shrimp Parmigiana sandwich, sandwich was COLD, NOTHING was hot on the sandwich.. asked for the bread not to be toasted, they gave me everything cold, then the kitchen staff and cashier had the audacity to give ME attitude when I asked for the SHRIMP AND CHEESE to be melted.. I asked for my money back, she tried giving me $3 less than what I paid for the sandwich, after bringing it to her attention she gave me attitude to open the register to give me the $3 she owed me.. i will NEVER go back.. I will ABSOLUTELY let anyone and everyone I know, know my terrible experience I had today, and to NOT give them their business, RESPECT and COURTESY goes a long way, and I received NEITHER...

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for more than a year through UBER EATS. Recently I requested that my order be packaged and sealed in a plastic or large shopping bag. I usually order two - three items which they package individually in small brown paper bags. Because of the COVID 19 pandemic, this is not a good way to package food. This method causes the drivers to handle multiple bags of food and also the integrity of the packing is jeopardized. I just received an order through UBER EATS, in which I ordered Ed based ziti, a side of meatballs, and a calzone, the driver delivered the items in two brown bags. The ziti and meatballs were in separate metal containers with a plastic lid. Both lids were crushed and sauce was spilled over the entire bag. The food is compromised and must be thrown away. I will never order from Vinci’s again. They disregarded my request. This is the third time this has happened. Complete waste of money they did not file directions absolutely disgusting and unedible literally the food went into our garbage the calamari was over cooked to where you couldn't chew it at all sitting on the soggy disgusting piece of iceberg lettuce calamari tasted like the iceberg lettuce, I specifically asked for half cooked doughy very lightly done garlic knots I got burnt garlic knots, and the pizza was just a mess they should be ashamed of themselves. We're a hard-working family and we hardly order out and this is supposed to be a special treat and instead it was disgusting and went into the garbage. But I would greatly appreciate is a refund from the owner or a proper cook and a reorder sent!
