I’m very pleased with the service and their food. I usually would stop here in the mornings . Their food is delicious. The only thing that most times gets me upset is their lack of attention in orders. Not in the mornings as much, but during lunch hours. I understand they’re extremely busy at noontime but I feel like they’re disorganized. I called 3 times before heading there and no one answered my call to take the order. So I decided to order when I was at the bakery. When I placed the order, it took almost 40 minutes. And it was only a small soup from the menu and a mora con leche and small coffee. A lot of other customers got their orders before me, and I was still waiting. This is why I stopped going. It’s all over the place with the orders and service. If they were more organized they would not make me waste 40 minutes for a small soup that’s already in the menu so it wouldn’t have taken long. It was an order for my boss, not me. I work with a limited break time and it is just upsetting, I was extremely mad, that I ended up having to speak about it on this review. Read moreThe food is good, my only issue is the staff is very rude terrible customer service, dosent make you want to come back of how rude they treat you. Bought a soda didn't taste right, ask them politely if they can please exchange it, three of the staff memeber said to me "we don't make the soda here talking about very rude & humiliating in front of people that was in the line and I'm a loyal customer..... I always leave tip but they dont deserve it, the way they treat you in this place... customer service need to improve .... I gave them one star because the food is good, the only good thing about this place is the chef.
La comida aqui es muy rica, mi unico prolema es que las que attiende este negocio no saben tratar al clienete son muy groceras... Y esto hace que uno no quiera regresar cuando a uno lo tartan mal ,hay que tratar a los clientes bien para que regresen , compre una soda y sabia bien mal nose primera ves que me sabe haci, le pregunte que si me la podian cambiar 3 empleados me dijieron " groceramente y burlonas que " Ella no hacian la soda" enfrente de gente en la linia que manera de tratar a uno me senti con pena... necesitan improvisar la manera que tartan a sus clinte.... Read moreBEWARE OF OWNER We had placed an order a few days before Christmas. My father-in-law had just had surgery and my in-laws live an hour and 20 minutes away in Toms River. Placed an order for over $200!!!! And left a $40 tip because it’s the holidays and I know how busy it gets. My wife picked up the food and Asked them if everything was in the bags and was told yes. Picked up the food on Christmas Eve drove what we thought was Christmas dinner to my in-laws since they can’t make it up to us and come to find out that half of the order was missing. Which was the main meals. On the phone they are refusing to do anything claiming they called my wife after to say there was more but they never did. The only solution they are offering is to pick it up a different day and be left with no Christmas dinner for my parents. We’ve been long time customers and this is the worst customer service ever. They aren’t offering a refund and refuse to have someone drive the food down since they claim they did no wrong. The owner actually laughed at my mother-in-law when she suggested they deliver it to her. The owner then proceeded to belittle and mistreat the employees while still on the phone with my mother.
