lady with red hair was so nasty at the register. i ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted, the lady didn’t toast the bagel and when i told her the bagel wasn’t toasted she looked at me and said “that’s how you ordered the bagel… once it’s made it can’t be remade” terrible. she snatched the bagel from my hand and threw it out and went to remake the bagel. i ordered another bacon egg and cheese with cheddar because i specifically did not want american cheese… the lady did not listen. she put american cheese and they didn’t put salt pepper ketchup like i asked. i used to come here all the time but after this lady’s attitude i’d rather go somewhere else. clearly the happy attitude and happy to work service was limited to their first week...

We have been watching and waiting for this place to open, and it does not disappoint! Went in last weekend for a Baker’s dozen of assorted bagels and they were huge fresh and absolutely delicious! The assortment of sandwiches and smears and other options is also incredible although we did not get to try those at this visit. We will certainly be back! I’m a native New Yorker who grew up on H&H bagels on the UWS so I’m a bit of a bagel snob but I have to say these are cooked to perfection. They are also absolutely huge. It’s a very generous and delicious bagel!! Definitely check it...

Best bagel spot in town , great menu with old favorites as well as new creative dishes . Coconut cream cheese is delicious . The French toast platter so yummy . Their sandwiches absolutely delicious . Everything made to order, fresh and cooked to perfection , take a trip to this bagel spot you will not be disappointed. Great service and staff as well overall an excellent experience!!!!! Will definitely patron often...
