Sittoo's Lebanese Grill Shaker Heights — Restaurant in University Heights

3:30 Tuesday September 9th. Entered the establishment. First thing I noticed were legs hanging off the side of the counter. Lol!You only get a side view behind the counter when entering. She(employee) heard the door and hopped off the counter as she notice I entered. She was playing on her phone. As she approached me at the register, I got the vibe she was bothered by having to put her phone down to help a customer. I told her I placed an online order. She told me "no you didn't, not here" as she looked at the computer. I had my info ready and told her the time I placed my order, the location on the receipt, and the time for pickup, which was 3:31. It was 3:30. She then said, oh here it is. In an unpleasant manner. No apology for any inconvenience or anything. She just slid me my cup for the drink I ordered and shuffled to the back. A few minutes later while I'm putting sugar in my drink, she shuffled back to the front and yells out, "here you go" . Like when a dog owner offers their dog a treat. I didn't respond because I was honestly at a loss for words. She then sees me by the fountain drinks and walks over. She says nothing, stands there, then just goes, I'ma put it right here, then just places it on the nearest part of the counter. I wanted to laugh. But, was so shocked by how unpleasant she was. She really came across like she had better things to do than service a paying customer. She shuffled back to the counter. This time, instead of sitting on it, she buried her face in the phone, hunched over with her elbows on the counter. I spent $30. I expect better service. Especially from a place like this. I think it will be a while before I come back here. IF...

Fresh Flavors and Stellar Service

I had the pleasure of dining at this fast-casual restaurant recently and the experience was incredibly delightful. One of the highlights was the freshness of the food, an aspect that was evident in every bite. The chicken, in particular, was tender and juicy, cut into perfectly-sized cubes that enhanced the dining experience. The seasoning was absolutely spot on, enhancing the natural flavors without being overpowering.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the restaurant is under new management. The transformation is quite evident, especially when it comes to the service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable.

Despite the excellent quality, the cost is quite reasonable. You certainly won't have to sacrifice quality for cost here. All things considered, it's a great deal! I can't wait to return and explore more of their...

Came in today for lunch and experienced horrible service. No line when I arrived and I ordered a simple falafel and hummus wrap. After 20 minutes I still didn't have my food and the line was to the door. Nobody ever checked in with me to ask what I was waiting for, I had to remind the employees several times that I was still waiting for my food. After 40 minutes I decided to ask for a refund. The gentleman who was working in the kitchen said fine, but when I asked for him to perform the refund immediately I was dismissed and treated in a very patronizing way. I will definitely be keeping an eye on my bank account for the refund to go through, because I have a hard time believing that the staff will remember by the end of their lunch rush. Can't think of anything that would make me go back here.
