At first, this was a great boba place but as time went on, the quality started to decrease. For example: the crispy tofu would come almost 100% burnt all around when it didn't before, the "sea salt cream top green tea" started tasting strange (I think they changed the cream top or something, it tasted like expired milk) when it tasted amazing before, and the honey boba would be served with a hard inside as well as it having weird clumps with a strange texture and some of the honey boba being a tan color when before, it would come warm and soft inside. Similarly, they started giving out noticeably less honey boba in each drink. Moving onto the customer service and reward system, I got my card stamped 10 times and I brang it in today to get a free drink. The man working would not give me my free drink because he said that the employees take the card when it is eligible for a free drink. He explained it very poorly but in other words, when a customer brings in a card with 9 stamps, the employee takes the card, stamps it, and rips it up to honor the free drink. Keep in mind, the girl who gave me my last stamp was fairly new and probably was a bit confused with the system. When she came out to listen to what I had to say, she tried to tell the man that I did not get my free drink when she stamped it but he just hushed her so me and my friend just took the card back and walked out. Also, before I have taken my card with 9 stamps and gave it to the employee but he still made me pay for my drink and kept the card. I thought this was a little mistake so I let it slide. Now that I have had a problem with the reward system not once, but twice, I am inclined to believe that the cafe does NOT actually give out free drinks, or at least the workers think that they can take advantage of high school students (I am in high school) with the "reward system" and I will not be returning. I have brought so much business to this cafe including me recommending and bringing my friends with me every week I go and I am hurt with how the workers have treated me. They definitely would be more respectful if I came...
Read moreIt is a very quaint little place. Enjoy the vibes, at least pre-pandemic times when clients were able to sit and chill. Cushioned seating and modern tunes. Really like the drinks and their snack food is good. Their popcorn chicken is pretty good, although its been a while since I've had it. Bobba is pretty good. The various sweet and non sweet tea drinks and the add ons are the best from this place. Rainbow 🌈 popping bobba is the best.... not just saying that cuz in fabulous! The snow ice scream is definitely something to scream for. Can't see it on this pic, but we were def screaming within with icy joy. Toppings for this treat, are also very n-icy 😉. Perfect for this summer heat rolling through. Customer service is pretty decent. Usually very friendly and orders might take longer to make because of low staff at times, but if you are willing to wait a bit you won't be disappointed. All in all, this is...
Read moreHaven't had this place for so long since moving, so decided to get some boba and snacks since we were in the area. Unfortunately it just wasn't the same. Like one of the reviews stated, it's under new ownership and it seems like things just went downhill with the quality of food/drinks.
Ordered the green apple slush, lychee slush, popcorn chicken and criss cut fries. The green apple slush just tasted like water with barely any flavoring from the boba itself. The food overall was hard and dry. There was some kind of long string or hair in the chicken. The ketchup tasted old.
Not giving this place another try. Definitely sad that it changed...
