If I could I would give 10 stars..... let me tell you why...My family and I went to this unbelievable bakery. It would satisfy everybody needs from savory breads to sweet scones.This is what I call bread, even I’m baking my own bread, have to admit my bread not as good as his. Heavenly delicious, taste great and the crust and of course end of the breads.I bought 8 different kinds of breads and no disappointment. The bakery was spotless and well organized. My cousin's and I are amateur bread heads, mainly sour dough and french. We stopped by yesterday to check out this spot. We were like kids in a candy store. Just amazing loaves, baguettes, scones, cookies and so much more. Although he was very busy Mark came out and answered many of our bread and dough questions. He was so generous with his knowledge even recommending a book for us to read (I already bought it). We bought several loaves and scones to take home which were delicious! I am literally here ALL THE TIME! I purchase bread for new neighbors that move into our area... I like to place the Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and a loaf of bread in a bag as a housewarming gift. I do recommend you call ahead or come early.
