We just stopped for breakfast after driving from CT. Looking forward to some hot coffee, a hot breakfast sandwich and possibly a fresh donut. The only thing we got hot was the coffee. When I asked about a maple bar donut, I was told they didn't have any, shortly after I over heard staff discussing the fact that they don't make maple any more, but they didn't share the info with us. When we got back to our truck, we discovered the lack of hashbrowns they give you (6) and my maple bacon (not donut) & egg sandwich was burn't, dry, and by then cold. Whomever put our breakfast in the bag to go grabbed a handful of napkins, balled them up and stuffed them in the bag first, following our sandwichs came more napkins shoved into the tot's bags, so they were greasy. Wish I thought of taking pics of the rest. Thank you!
I would like to thank the staff for such a worth waiting for breakfast. We are pleased we chose your store over all the others that were available. May you have the same kind of pleasant experience within the remaining part...
Read moreAs we were passing through on our way home with two more hours to go at 10:30 pm. We pulled into Dunkin here in Shartlesville because it was an easy on off exit. We wanted some coffe for the rest of the drive. My husband, father in law, 10 year old daughter and I walk in. As we walk in to order coffee we spot the restrooms and go there first. As we are walking to the restrooms an employee very snarky says “bathrooms are for customers only” I responded don’t worry we are ordering coffee. We come out and order and don’t even get as much as an apology. After receiving our order I pointed out how rude and unprofessional it was to assume and explained we still have two hours to drive until we are home. The male employee agreed it was rude and unprofessional and yet still no apology from the female who said it or the manager that was working. Shameful how disrespectful young adults...
Read moreEarlier today my wife and I visited this Dunkin Donuts. The building was very clean and an all around delight to dine at. But one person ruined the whole experience for me. I was ordering my meal from a young man named Nate or Nick something to that effect and his service was amazing but as he was getting my Donuts he politely asked the Blonde woman in the red shirt to make his drinks as he had a line and was rushing all around yet there were others talking and goofing around in the background, but anyways she yells at him "I know how to do my job, you don't have to tell me to." The young man started to tear up but still put a smile on his face for me and the rest of his customers. In my opinion he should be promoted or get a raise or something for putting up with that and she should be fired. ...
