So, here we go again, I have another post below read them if you want. So, I started going here again and it never got above average. They have a couple of good employees but no management, and they really do not try. I guess because they have a captive clientele, they just don't try. They still have not fixed the overhang that drips in your window, and cold fries are a regular thing, but today might have just been that thing that keeps from going there even if desperate. So, of course, the line was moving really slow again. I get to the speaker and thry say they are having water issues ( I do understand things happen), so really bottled water was my only viable choice. They then upcharged $0.70 for a small warm bottle of water. I have never seen any fast food place have as many issues, plus they never handle them well. So I wish I could do a zero stars. I also wish they would get their act together because they are convenient to my work, but after all these years, I highly doubt it.
So since I wrote the post below, out of necessity, I kept getting occasional lunches here. It has not improved, and if you go through the drive thru, you get dirty roof water dripping in your car window. They have known the problem has existed for years, and multiple managers say they are going to look into it, but they don't. It is literally 1/4 mile from my office but since the quality is still bad, the prices are higher than other McDonald's, and I just got cold hamburgers and roof water running in my window, I will not be back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE,IT IS A ROLL OF THE DICE.
This McDonald's gets worse instead of better. I get food from there 2 to 3 times a week because I work around the corner. From sandwiches not right to off tasting sweet tea. NOW, I was just told they had the supplies but decided not to make the Mcribb yet. It is advertised on website so they should have it. Perfect reason to listen to my wife and stop eating this...
Read moreUpdating review....this is still the worst. If you ask politely for no onions they will load it up with onions between the cheese and between all the other ingredients. Don't understand how these people still have jobs. Complete disrespect.
First of all why can't I order a frappe here for months.....why is it unavailable in the app every single day??? Been coming here daily for over 2 years and honestly I've never been treated so poorly by an establishment for just being around. Constantly serving me bad food on purpose every single morning. Burnt hard sausage, old shatter your teeth hash browns and the mcgriddles like hockey pucks. They overfill all sodas so it bursts out the top when you attempt to put in the straw. They also act like they can't understand you talking when you have no accent or slur or anything and they just constantly make me repeat things unnecessarily. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. There frappe's are unavailable every single day too. For months!! Every day! There quarter pounders come so drenched in grease it soaks through all the boxes and bags and I ALWAYS have to guy buy my own buns from dollar general and replace them because they are completely soggy you can't even pick it up. So over it. Terrible people work here, go...
Read moreZero stars should be an option. After a long day at work i came in to order dinner, a combo meal, no big deal. I patiently waited at the register for someone to take my order. A manager came up, stood at the register and just stared at me. No greeting, no nothing, just a blank stare. Not a single word was uttered. No big deal, whatever. As i customarily do, because i try to be friendly to all people whose paths i cross, i asked him how he was doing. He continued to blankly stare at me. At that point i told him, "Nevermind, I'm good." There's no way i was going to order food from him. I was ridiculously unnerved. I walked out. There's no use in making a stink of it. But as i was walking to Subway to get a meal from there, i decided to go back and buy a drink simply so i could do the mcdvoice survey. Petty, i know. It's whatever. I just wanted to communicate that the guy at the register, who i can only assume is a manager by the shirt he was wearing, should seriously have better customer service. Although i don't expect him to answer my "hi, how are you doing" question, a greeting, or even a "what can i get for you today," is expected. I hate that I'm so bothered by this, but i am. He just blankly stared at me, like, wtf? Okay, i feel better now. I'm...
