They just opened 2 days ago I'm giving them some grace for that first off. We ordered 4 sandwiches from the app. I got home, opened the bag only to find 3 sandwiches. (I definitely could've have opened the bag before I left to prevent that.) I went back and told them there's a missing sandwich. They said no problem, apologized and made the sandwich for me. It wasn't a big deal. Having found out they just opened, sometimes mistakes happen. I get it!
However, they labeled the bags/sandwiches wrong and the sandwich I thought was left out was not the one they forgot. This was frustrating.
But, all sandwiches were still consumed and they were very good! I enjoyed the wrong sandwich despite it all 😉
Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back and give them another shot to get my order...
