One item took 40 minutes, which they then thought it was funny. The old woman in the front ignored me entirely for the first 5 minutes I got there, and as I tried to ask how long she ignored me again until I had to yell “hello?” and she said a few minutes which ended up being 10. Absolutely will never return

Edit: if you want to try to distort and lie atleast own up to what happened. I arrived at 5:04 at the pickup time. I have the screenshots from the customer as well.I left at 5:18. I stood there while a man in classes cooked, a young man walked around and the older woman bagged items. I waited until she finished and she walked away. I went to the microphone and said excuse me and she never responded, she came back 5 minutes later. Between that time you dispatched your delivery driver who was also waiting AFTER i had arrived. There was another woman there that waited equally as long to be acknowledged. The customer said he ordered his food at 4:42 pm. If you’re going to ignore people don’t be shocked when they aren’t friendly when YOUR customer service isn’t up to par. Even after waiting 10 minutes, I asked how long and was told again, a few minutes and it was another 10 minutes. You assumed because I wasn’t the “patron” that you couldn’t be reviewed. When you’re purposefully ignoring someone in your establishment and then laughing, don’t be shocked that the review is not in your favor. Work on your customer service because it was uninviting, rude, condescending and unprofessional. I see why your reviews...

I just spent 50$ on delivery food from the worst Chinese restaurant that I've EVER eaten! I purchased the so called "Seafood Delight"(which I really need to add here...there certainly WASN'T anything delightful about it!), I don't like crab meat so I asked for extra lobster... To tell you the truth I couldn't tell if there was extra lobster or not because nothing in the dish actually looked anything like lobster! What resembled shrimp actually tasted like watery crab rubber! Omgoodness it's truly awful! To make matters worse I called to complain about my 50$ disappointment what was I offered? A REFUND YOU SAY?? YEAH RIGHT, THEY OFFERED ME A FREE EGG ROLL ON MY NEXT ORDER!! AS IF I'D EVER GO BACK TO THEM!!! But YOU can rest assured because the MANAGER promised to speak to the chef and I was ASSURED that NOT ONLY had this EVER HAPPENED BEFORE but IT NEVER WILL AGAIN!😳 WANT A FREE EGG ROLL NEXT TIME? 🧐 Yeah, ok! 👌🏼 🤦🏼‍♀️ I think not! Too bad you can't rate into the negative! 🤷🏼‍♀️Eww I almost forgot to mention the Scallops they are the size of a button on a man's oxford shirt! I've never seen scallops that small! I took a pic of them, I guess I ate all the rubber stuff that I thought could possibly be what they were claiming was lobster. In a few minutes I think I'll be able actually show you what it was I swallowed... It's not sitting...

My BF and I were looking for a new place to order Chinese, since we typically order from the same place, which is little basil in Morton. This is our third time ordering, and the first two times they weren't bad. This time it was a literal nightmare. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and white rice. Rice tasted like cardboard and the chicken breading was soggy and falling off. Not edible. My boyfriend ordered chow mein. If you Google chow mein, there is noodles with that dish. He was sent container of steamed vegetables and cardboard white rice. I called the store to let them know, and I was handed off to a 'manager' who gaslight me into trying to believe that chow mein did not come with noodles. And tried to explain that I meant order lo mein. My entire life chow mein has been stirfry noodles. Lo mein is boil noodles. So unless Google is wrong.... Aside from the gaslighting from the 'manager', no offer of a refund or to make it right just told me to...
