Don’t no why my original review was deleted but I shall post it again . Ordered food from doordash for a scheduled time of 2-215 they began making my food around 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Even made sure to write “ please make food at scheduled time , thank you !” On the order notes. When I called to ask why and to ask if they were following my meal requests. The lady who runs the front , cut me off the entire time I was trying to speak very respectfully I might add, and continued to say call doordash. I then reminded her it was a pickup order not delivery so why do I have to call doordash. She still insisted on repeating the same thing and then hung the phone up in my ear. I then called back and asked if she hung up on me she screamed and cursed at me and said “I said call doordash fuck”. I have ordered from this restaurant many of times their food is delicious 90 percent of the time, but even when they do make mistakes with my food it’s still always at the least decent. They have always been rude to me over the phone until they see who I am in person then their attitude changes because I am a consistent customer, the lady in there knows my face. I always let it go because the quality of the food made up for it enough. However this was the last straw for me and I will never spend another time here especially since another review just a week ago shows that they have roach infestation. I'm a regular customer, and I feel that they have a very good level of consistency, between great taste, beautiful presentation, and the speed in which they prepare orders. In addition, the fact that they offer both a Chinese and a Japanese food menu means that I get to mix and match. I miss the Cantonese food from San Francisco, so it's a nice place to get my fix. I'm also really happy that they're open late! (Just a note: They're closed on Mondays.)

When I called the manager didnt seem bothered and was telling me to simply request a refund on doordash.
After advising him that its not acceptable to sell bad food AND give your customers the runaround to get refunded for bad food provided he reluctantly agreed to call door dash himself and stated the refund will take place in 3-7 days.
