I usually have a good experience. I usually order and pick it up myself. Sometimes, I have to wait a minute or 2. I don't mind that. But today was not the usual. I decided to order my food (Boneless wings and pierogies) which usually takes 15-20 minutes to make so I could have a little more time to relax on my break. My door dasher got there abt 15-20 min after I ordered. It took 45 min before my order was finally brought to the front counter. I drove there to see why it was taking so long and as I'm walking in the door, my food was being brought to the door dasher. So instead of being able to enjoy my food or break, I spent the time stressing about where my food was and having to rush to eat before my break was over. It wasn't busy at all so they obviously didn't start making it until my door dasher arrived to pick it up....
Read moreThis was my 1st visit to Leola pizza but definitely not my last. There was 14 in our group so we had a variety of food. We started with a large pizza that we shared, and it was very good. I had a mushroom cheese steak that was delicious!!! We had 3 other steaks sandwiches, plain & cheese that everyone liked. There was an order of Calamary that disappeared rather quickly. We had an order of anti pasta salad (huge) that looked absolutely delicious. We had orders of cheese fries, bacon cheese fries and buffalo fries. The food we had was just a small sampling of their extensive Italian menu. It was all very delicious and left you knowing you would be back for again to try some other things from menu. I don't normally write negative reviews, but three times out of three chances, they took between 1.5 to nearly 2.5 hours to deliver our order. This is simply unacceptable when you have meetings and need to stay productive. When I called bringing this to their attention with management and ownership, I got excuses and then that they just couldn't help it because they "got busy". They should not be offering delivery if they can't do it in a timely fashion. Their attitude was not apologetic or customer-focused as it should have been in these situations. ...
