Subway — Restaurant in Upper Leacock Township

I have ordered (no bready) tuna bowls which comes with 4 scoops as it shows in the picture in their website but I went to pick i saw that they only added 2 scoops tuna when i shared the issue with the associate see if he add the 2 missing scoops but he was very mean and disrespectful and was banging the spoon on the salad bar and keep telling that the salad comes in 2 scoops and i was trying to explain that i have paid more and ordered (bready bowls) then got more upset and told me to either leave or he will call the cops tirst I told him to give me money , which he said he can not then I asked him if without saying where his manager was he gave me a fake phone number to call and tried to call but the number didn't exist I asked his name but he didn't provide me eventually he give me my money back but instead of $11.12 he gave me $9:94 and when I asked him to give me the full amount he said the rest of the money goes some kind of fee , and kept yelling at me to leave or he will call the cops on me even I was trying to be calm and telling him my friend but instead he hit my food on floor and told me to leave and I have been ordering from then since 2 years and i am a regular customer but the way he treated me i have reached out to corporate and...

Picked up an order of 9 subs tonight, initially giving an hour and a half and then needed to place the order again due to a problem with the card going through. When we walked in, the guy working immediately informed us that the order was too large and should be a catering order. I get that 9 subs are a big task, but we would’ve been totally fine with them kindly informing us they needed more time. The guy continued to badger us and said he was about to cancel the order, and that if there were other customers, we wouldn’t have been served. There were zero customers in store, and I’m not sure where he gets the idea that he can pick and choose which customers to serve. I guess we’ll order elsewhere in the future if we will be made to feel guilty for buying food from a place that sells...
