Vinny's Pizza and Restaurant — Restaurant in Upper Macungie Township

Never eating at this place again the owner is very nasty has a really bad attitude with the customers, my first experience was when I ordered something to go ,but then I decided to eat it in the pizzeria with my friend. the owner got mad at me I think because the to go containers are really expensive for him and which is not a big deal because I am paying for my food and if I want it to go or eat it there at the end of the day I am paying for it so I can eat it whatever I want but the owner start being rude to me and also told me that if I ordered the pizza to go I had to take it with me, and not eat it there second experience I made an order online and also called the place to confirm my order to pickup 5 strombolis when I went to pay to the cashier he only made 4 strombolis so we had to wait until they make the other stromboli that they forgot to make he charge my friend for the same drink two times ,the food was cold, and my other friend asked him for 4 cups for our drink and he got mad because of that, we really disappointed and not coming back to this place ever again the owner of this pizzeria gives a really bad service and I think he should not...

I accidentally ordered a personal pizza and fries on the Slice app from this Vinny’s which is 45 mins away from me rather than the one 5 mins from me and they would not give me a refund. My order total was $20.14 so it wouldn’t have broken the bank for them if they refunded me. It was an honest mistake as I tried to order dinner for my son while finishing up my work day but they had no sympathy. The response was that the food was already made so they wouldn’t be refunding me. Terrible customer service!

This pizza borders between below average to poor. And the kicker is the owner is rude and will hassle you if you don’t have cash. What business in year 2020 doesn’t expect and prepare for debit cards. Also this place is easily forgotten and usually ghost town. Other average pizza shops in the area who willing accept debit cards are packed. Don’t waste your time or money. Drive 3 more minutes to slice of Italy for very good pizza and excellent customer service. Finally I truly believe the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake. Anybody claiming this pizza is the “absolute best the ever had” either is lying or never ate good pizza. Don’t believe me try it...
