We visited U.S.A.P for the first time on July 4th. As you can imagine, we had the place to ourselves. After seeing the almost 5 star reviews here, I had to check it out for myself.
We were promptly greeted and seated. I looked @ the photos from other reviewers and knew I want the crispy rice with spicy tuna. This was my first time trying this type of dish and was delicious.
