I ordered one special/featured item to eat there and one standard/regular menu item to go. The boneless buffalo wings over crinkle fries were good. It was served with a large side of dressing (your choice of blue cheese or ranch). There was an option for different sauces. I can't speak to the other sauces, but the hot sauce seemed to be generously drizzled over the chicken & fries. As someone who likes spicy things, I had pictured the chicken coated/toss in the sauce. I was tempted to ask for more sauce and if I order it again, I will ask for more hot sauce. My to go order was the spaghetti with meatballs. It was nicely packed up for later reheat with the sauce in a separate container for ease in reheating. The sauce is a little more on the sweet side. While the meatballs were on the large side, it only came with two. The overall portions of both meals were generous. The spaghetti came with a choice of salad or soup and bread stick or roll (if I remember right). I can't speak to the quality of soup I chose (potato), since I've left that for tonight's supper and feel anything reheated more than 24 hrs later may not be a fair...

Stopped in for breakfast after seeing a banner hanging out front claiming to be a top rated diner and was very unhappy with my experience. I want to start by saying the restaurant itself had a very nice and appealing decor but that is where the “ nice” part ended. I ordered a very simple omelet. Scrapple egg and cheese. The waitress brought me a cheese omelette with a side of scrapple and said “ he just put your scrapple on the side”.... ummm what? My wife and daughter ordered cream chipped beef. My wife asked for two dippy eggs on top of hers. The waitress brought them a bowl with with one piece of toast cut in half.. my daughter had to ask for a new piece of toast because hers was so burnt that’s all she taste was burnt bread...my wife ended up with the end piece of bread and no eggs.. the waitress then brought out the eggs on a separate plate. They food tasted horrible and left a bad taste in my mouth to the point I was concerned something was wrong with it. Needles to say I will never eat at this establishment. I hope they realize when people place an order they are expecting to get what they ordered. My advice is dine at...

It was okay. Nothing to write home about.

Coffee wasn't great. I normally hang around for refills at diners but I did not find myself wanting one here. Pretty sure they used the cheapest possible coffee, which is disappointing. I find coffee sets the tone for the meal - if the coffee is bad, it hangs over the rest of the meal, but if it's good, it's easier to overlook the flaws in the food. Easy way to improve the experience would be better coffee - doesn't have to be Starbucks or anything special - a middle of the road brand will do just fine, but Folgers (or whatever they're using) is really not acceptable at a restaurant.

Omlet was okay but hashbrowns were good. Was hoping they would have a lunch menu available at 11 though. Bacon was not prepared to order. Seemed like it was probably under a heating lamp or something given how quickly it came out (

It's a real shame to give this place such a poor rating. The food is actually really really good. Sadly the service is lacking horribly. I have been here twice now and somehow have received the same server who just does not seem to care. On this visit I was taking a girl to breakfast and she was given a dirty coffee cup. It clearly had a lipstick mark on the brim as if it wasnt even washed. When we alerted our server she simply took it and replaced it without so much as an apologie. Every time she approached our table she just looked annoyed. To make it worse we ordered a few extra things on our food which when the food came out they were not added. We would have said something (again) but our server did not even come to check on up until AFTER we finished our food. A poor experience which sadly effected the food. The servers name is sharon which we had to get off the check because she choose not to introduce herself.

I have passed this place for years as I travel to visit friends in PA but I usually don't travel around mealtimes. Today, I did and stopped here for dinner. The place is bigger than you expect and still has the late 1970's to early 1980's diner decor. It was extremely clean and well lit. The staff was friendly and professional and checked back periodically to make sure everything was fine. I had the chicken noodle soup which was tasty but the noodles were too soggy. For dinner I have the fried clam strips with mashed potatoes. The claims were done nicely and at the perfect temperature. However the mashed potatoes were cold and based on the texture had been sitting around for awhile. You can't beat the price! Would I give this place another try...YES! I'll just stay away from the mashed potatoes!

Came in with little expectations after several other bad dinning experiences at other restaurants and was so pleasantly surprised. First by our waitresses attitude and willingness to jump right in with our joking, then with the extremely fast service, awesome portions and surprisingly excellent taste. (Most places that offer large portion sizes lack in flavor or quality, not here). I would definitely recommend this place to someone who has had a bad experience at another restaurant, they will relieve you of any poor taste you may still have from their place. Our waitress Angela was awesome. Ask for her section.
