Spent over $80 today. The fried food was extremely greasy. The spare ribs were fried as well, not broiled, and then slathered in "sauce". The hot shredded beef I ordered turned into pepper steak. The special lo mein looked like a small order in a large container, and was mostly noodles. As my order was over $40, I ordered a steamed dumpling as the coupon on the menu gave me the option. When the order was being totaled, the counterwoman told me to take a soda. I asked if she needed me to rip the coupon off the menu for the dumplings. "You want dumpling then no soda"! I told her that I had orded the dumpling. "Fine! Then no soda!" Instead of not charging me for the dumplings, she added a second order. This occurred AFTER the food was packed. Lesson learned;...

We have gone to this place a fair number of times. The service is always excellent. They are always willing to customize what goes into their food based on my family’s likes/dislikes. The food is best when it is piping hot. My son had some of the fried dumplings and said they were great so I ordered them again. The second time he said they were not so good! Turns out he had reheated them and they were kind of rubbery because he over cooked them! I’ve read some of these reviews and they seem like it’s a different place then we go to! I guess everyone has different tastes so try it...

I have been going to New Panda for years, at least once a month..The food was always very good until about 6 months ago when a new group of people came in. I am done with the place!! Egg Fu Yung is always burnt to a crisp and stuffed in a small container, hardly any sauce anymore, spare ribs, no sauce anymore and tasteless rubber, pork fried rice, no flavor, only a few shrimp in Lo Mein, less food then before, and yes, the place is dirty and grubby. It used to be much much better. Oh yeah, they raised the prices too! They lost a long time...
