Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Pittsgrove Township

If I could give this wawa less than 1 star I would. I have been unfortionatly going here for 5 years. And this location is the absolute worst wawa I have ever encountered. The shelves are hardly ever stocked, the coffee is burnt IF they even have any. Coffee station is not kept up with. Always out of sugar, creamer, etc. Go to the deli to order food? Don't expect what you asked for. I wish I was lying, but there have been times I had ordered an Italian hoagie and walked out with buttered bread or a meatball. And that's if they even have anything to order. They are always out of everything and no other wawa has this issue. This is a lazy staff issue. I can't believe the same manager has been here for so long because the management is the worst I have ever seen at a wawa establishment. You don't get what you order, can't hardly ever get a coffee, ask for cigarettes and realize when you get to the car they just threw whatever kind in there. Also, if you order something from the menu, and they only have partial of what you asked for, they will just either not put it on there at all without telling you, or sub it out with something completely different without your permission....

was just at wawa 15-20 minutes ago as i walked in 5-8 others walked in and all order food and drinks. at the time there were only two girl actively on food as the rest of the staff worked their own positions and so it took time to make the food the girls were making conversation among eachother to try and relive tension with customer since they were rushing around when some lady starts complaining about how they hadn’t to talked to her due to how busy they were and this and that the girls were truly trying their best and customer started harassing the girls about putting in complaints against them. customers like this make it hard on businesses to thrive when ignorant people go out of their way to be rude and ignorant to employees who are genuinely trying. Not once did they have an attitude they tried their best to help even though they were busy . i really hope those girls don’t get in trouble over some karen mad she’s late to her nail appointment that she just had to stop and get coffee for.you being late is not and employees fault. this wawa is great every time i come i live near by and truly...

Great store, filled with disgruntled employees & Led by no one. I have been in customer service for over ten years & never have I seen grown up crying like adults because they are busy! " I'm leaving , going home, tired of this" The other employee was super happy that she was 15 minutes behind on making breakfast sandwiches & announced It was "gonna be another ten or 15 mins & if you don't like it you can go home" let's talk about the Lazer focus of the deli. There focus was so strong that they couldn't multi task multiple orders. 15-20 mins for a deli order due to the fact all 3 employees working the deli we're working on 1 order. Solid leadership!
