Beca House Coffee — Restaurant in Upper Sandusky

I love coming to the Beca house as it is a staple in our community and shopping Local is very important! This season I have gotten a pumpkin spice latte just about every day and it is the best thing that ever happened to me. I got one at Starbucks and they have nothing on the Beca house blend. I swear if you’re not careful, the whole drink will disappear in seconds. Their bagels are pretty big and they cut them on site so they’re always fresh. They have a nice selection of donuts and cupcakes and things along that sort, but they are all prepackaged. Some days in store, they will sell fresh flowers, and I love grabbing a bouquet, as well as taking a gander at some of the other knickknacks like the candles and mini decor items. The system they use to move through rushes is efficient and all of the employees have a smile on their face and are always so kind. All of my visits I’ve never had a bad experience with an employee! I’ve actually had people make comments to me about how the girls in the drive through are too chipper for 7:30 AM 😂 I think this is a great attitude to have and I appreciate you guys starting everyone’s day out...

Appreciate that owner responded but a refund was not what I was seeking I stated I would not return to the coffee house and I won't. I just wanted the owner to know a customers experience and hope that the staff learn and are more attentive and responsive to the customers who are choosing to spend their money at Beca. Just. Do. Better. Poor quality and poor customer service. My second time at Beca House and I won't be back. Splurged on a special coffee drink, a frozen "Buckeye". Took one sip and asked the staff if order was correct. The drink was sweet but no taste of peanut butter or of chocolate and no visible signs of peanut butter or chocolate on cup. Staff said order was correct and done with me. If a customer asks that question they are obviously not satisfied with the product. Rather than offering to add flavor/fix my order, I was dismissed. I left my drink on the counter....not worth the calories. Waste of $5.50 and so disappointed there wasn't any effort towards customer satisfaction. I didn't want anything free...just add pb and make order right but apparently that was too much...

Best place for coffee in Ohio hands down!!! The staff are so welcoming! They are so nice and helpful they tend to make you fee like you are a long lost friend that they missed everyday! Now if that alone hasn't sold you OH MY GOODNESS THE COFFEE IS AMAZING! ! Best espresso I have ever had! I can not get enough I buy at least 2 bags a week. And comparison in price to other shops the bags of coffee are to affordable! ! From my experience on an average 4 dollars cheaper then anywhere else! ! I just can't say enough good things...
