Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Yoder Township

On Tuesday, December 10, my family and I placed an order at 7:45 PM. Originally the driver dropped off my order to the wrong house we called. They remade the order and sent out the driver. The driver called me and stated he had bald tires and couldn’t complete the delivery and wouldn’t come to the address We tried to give him directions and let him know. The road is gravel. There’s no mud the driver stopped answering the phone and text messages and sent my order back to the store Again we ordered the food at 7:45 PM and then had to turn around and go to the store and pick the order up because between 745 and 10:00 PM. Our food still Had not been delivered, I pre-paid for the order and the delivery. The driver stated my road was muddy and he wasn’t gonna be able to make it back and he delivered here before and got stuck. Between the vacant house next door and my house I’m confused where he’s been delivering too and again my road is gravel, There is no mud yes it was raining drizzling if you will, but my question is if your tires are bald and you are putting yourself in a unsafe situation why are you delivering in the first place, so to have to stop to pick up my order that was already paid for then have the driver go back-and-forth with my partner on why he could not deliver it and wanted me to meet him on a random road to pick up the order is ridiculous. I’m not looking for any coupons or anything like that. I just want someone to be aware of the situation because the driver should not be driving in an unsafe situation to deliver anything! if he cannot complete the job. And then to completely stop answering the phone and text messages and return my order to the store without notice it’s completely...

This place is a big joke!! We had a very bad order of the parmesan bread bites they tasted like cleaner was on them when I POLITELY called to talk to someone about them, the young girl had a bad attitude & said "hold on" came back with "would you like us to make another batch", my response "yes that would be great" she said "ok" then click went the phone, she rudely hung up without an apology or even to say come back in 10-15mins. I called back asked for a manager & as soon as I said "the worker was quite ignorant" she replys "don't be talking about my daughter like that"...hahaha wow really!! I said "maybe you should teach your daughter some respect, your running a business " she said "what do you want Ms. Gartrell, I have work to do"...we ordered from there frequently, NEVER AGAIN!! NEVER EVER...

Never will I order from Dominos again as long as I live within range of this store. Since they have opened 3/5 deliveries have taken upwards of 2 hours to get here. This time not only is it approaching that mark, but I received texts about an hour in saying that my delivery driver was "pulling up" - it has been an additional 45 minutes at this point. Now my order cant even be found on the tracker. The cherry on top was when I called the store to make sure the order actually went through and the person who I spoke to asked "Did you check the chair across from your door?" What such insightful wisdom that I would check the place I specifically asked the driver to leave my food at. 5 minutes shy of 2 hours and food is still not here. Ill be sure to spread my experience and support the local shops any time...
