Great Wall — Restaurant in Urbana

So I read all the reviews of this place and was slightly concerned. Im not sure what transpired here in the past, but here is what I can tell you. The Food is awesome and exactly what you expect from Chinese food/takeout. I see a lot of complaints about the people being rude, i think there is a language barrier/ cultural difference. The people aren’t rude, they just act how every single asian American immigrant I've ever met act. They say thanks when you pick up your order so I’m not sure what the issue may have been. think they are hard working and just trying to survive here. I think maybe a few Karen’s got bent out of shape and wrote some bad reviews. I got the orange chicken and the general tso’s which both have great flavor. The crab rangoons and the egg rolls both are great and tasty. The rangoons arent overly sweet like some places but have a good flavor profile. The lady who took my order answered the phone, put her hands on he register, took my card processed it, handed me a pen, I signed my receipt and she went right into the kitchen and grabbed my vegetables bare hands no gloves and just started cooking it. I let it go because they remade my food with gloves. Once I brought it to their attention. Yesterday I walk in to order food the guy don’t say “hi or hello” nothing but “WHAT U WANT?” like wow, ok! They used to be the best takeout chinese I've ever had. But than they decided to lower their portions and raise their prices. Than they decided to change the recipe and make the general tso so sweet that it was almost inedible unless you got it extra spicy and less sweet. Now you can't even order over the phone and pay. They always say the card didn't go through. So I tested it. They tried my card 3 times and they said it failed so I went up there and ordered and it went through the first time.
