This Pizza Hut in Urbana Ohio is by far the worst I have yet to see. Not one day but two days in a row I received pizzas that were smashed and shifted as if the driver like to slam on his brakes intentionally. I don't find this very pleasing. The first night when I called about the situation they were supposed to remake a pizza and send it to me and that never showed. The next day I got a hold of somebody again about the situation and they credited my account and I ordered pizza again and guess what same exact situation is the night before. I don't know about anybody else but when I see my food if it ain't appealing to me then I don't want it. So who would want to deliver a pizza that looks like the two pieces in the pictures below. If that was my employee he would not have his job. And when I called about it the second time they acted like I was joking or something I don't know but I don't think this is a joke. Ordering was different since we initially were sent to a call center ( I didn't know Pizza Hut even did that!) that did not know the hotel or local area. Once we got to the actual store, things were good. Order placed, read back to us correctly, very friendly staff, and when we picked up the food, everything was fresh and tasty. Side sauces pulled were mixed up so as we checked boxes, they fixed it before we left with our food. I would go again. Maybe entering a large order like ours online where we could review it ourselves before submitting would help. When we picked up the food the place looked clean and well stocked. They don't have packets of red pepper or Parmesan cheese anymore, but they did have little seasoning bottles for sale for under $2 ea. They last longer, take up less space and have less waste!! We were there nearly an hour for dine-in. We ordered 2 pizzas, boneless wings, cheesy breadsticks, and drinks. We had our drinks, and cheesy bread right away, then 45 mins later, still nothing. Yet, everyone in the dining room that came after us, had received their pizzas. At the point of the 3rd table getting their pizzas, we got up and left, asking for a refund! They cared, but not really. One guy said he just got there after working already somewhere. Our wings came out in the meantime, I asked for a box to go, and a refund on the 2 pizzas, still.
