I recently had a fantastic experience at the Burger King in Urbana, Ohio, and I have to say, it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. They greeted me warmly, took my order quickly, and were eager to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s not every day you find fast food employees who seem genuinely enthusiastic, but that was definitely the case here. Their positive energy made the visit enjoyable from the very start.
The food itself was spot-on, hitting all the right notes for a classic Burger King meal. My Whopper was perfectly put together—juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. You could tell they took pride in making each item just right, from the crispy fries to the freshly toasted bun. Even though it’s fast food, this location really delivered in terms of quality. I didn’t have to wait long for my food, either; everything was served hot and fresh, just the way I like it. It was honestly one of the best Burger King meals I’ve had in a long time.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was also really pleasant. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating. Read moreAfter waiting as the first car for quite some time, I ordered a meal and pulled away with my bag (because cars were now behind me). I noticed that there were no fries with my meal. As I went back through the drive thru (because the inside was closed), the guy asked what size fry I had. I told him "medium". So I waited in line again (as the rest of my food got colder). When I got to the window, he gave me my medium fry. My complaint is that BK already has probably the smallest fry portions at sky-high prices for meals. With the inconvenience of missing an entire fry in a meal and making the customer go back through the line, I could have AT LEAST had my fry upsized. By asking me "What size?" and then giving me exactly that, it's like you're telling the customer point blank that you don't care about their inconvenience or the rest of the food they do have that is getting cold while they wait.
Then I finally got home and looked at my sandwich, and it's no wonder a lot of people don't like tomatoes. The most unfresh sliced tomatoes AND onions I've ever had. I LOVE Burger King hamburgers, but you have to do better. The ingredients used just haven't been fresh...

Ordered a big order last night, as we are a family of 5, and received a whopper made with only ingredients I asked NOT to be on it. Not sure if that was a joke considering all of the staff are kids, which is a joke in itself or they just don’t know how to do anything correctly. The problem is when I called to get it fixed, the person on the phone, can’t even tell ya if it was a man or woman or the name as they were very unprofessional, they didn’t want to remake the food and then told me the fries wouldn’t be replaced only the burger and i’m not going to eat cold fries that i’ve paid for, when your staff is the reason my food is wrong. They did give me a new burger but it was a whopper with mustard, ketchup, onion, no mayo. Once again, can’t do anything right .. Ans gaslit me to believe I got a full, fresh fry. Got home to see they only gave me about a half of a fry....
