Starbucks — Restaurant in Urbana

I always get a caramel ribbon crunch drink and every single time, for the past four times, I’ve asked them for extra crunches and to MIX THEM IN WITH THE DRINK. I really do NOT understand what is SOOOOO hard about MIXING THEM in with the drink. The first time, I didn’t get any. Second time, didn’t get any. Third time, she told me they were in the drink when there was not a single one mixed in with the drink. Fourth time (aka today) I asked them again and told them I want them MIXED IN. Showed a cup and said, put in the drink, not just on top, in the drink AS WELL. She proceeded TO LITERALLY BLEND them in with the drink. Like I want them in the drink so I can taste them. Idk what’s so hard about understanding “please mix them into the drink as well as on top” when I pay for extra I WANT EXTRA does this look like extra? I mean, I’ve said the same exact thing and have to explain it EVERY time to make sure they do it right and somehow it’s STILL wrong! The lady taking my order...

I love this location. Everyone is always so friendly! One person I would like to mention specifically is Allison. I normally come through the drive thru order my drink one time Allison was at the window and I made a comment how my name is also Allison spelled the same way and since then when I come through and she’s working at the drive thru or wherever she will pop over and say hi Allison or write on my cup hi Allison from Allison. The employees are very rude .i tried paying with a 100 dollar bill and because they didn’t have change the drive thru attendant was extremely rude to me and said if you don’t have another form of payment then you won’t be able to get your coffee .and then when I was able to get my coffee it wasn’t made correctly and it seems anytime I go there it’s not made correctly.i will go to another coffee shop where I’m treated with respect!so the receive...
